The rooms were nice and roomy. The lobby was fancy. The staff was helpful. The location was good too, fairly close to the Taj Mahal itself. The breakfast had a lot of choices, so it was satisfying. The restaurants had really good Indo-Chinese food.

The scale of the hotel really felt like being in Las Vegas. It's fancy no doubt, but it felt like being in a factory. The restaurant was a buffet full of Western tourists, and as a result the Indian food was more bland than anywhere else we went to.

Excellent breadfast. Especially the chai was wonderful. The staff and service was excellent. Wonderful Indian breakfast with a lot of live options. Highly recommended to try their breakfast.

Restaurant on the top. Please create good breads , Italian food portions are so small. Buffet price in 2nd floor similar to roof top.

Overall the location, staff and the ambience of the hotel.

The internet speed was poor and pathetic. I could hardly work on my emails and had to miss few meetings due to poor internet.

The overall experience was great. Especially, Lavi. C coordinated all the local travel arrangements which made the trip more enjoyable. Food was great. Location was great.

The water would leak onto the toilet side through the glass wall, while taking a shower. It is an inconvenience more than anything.

The management helped us out with an issue with other guest, they did everything possible to help us. this was very nice to see at what point the staff is helpful the hotel is very nice, the Indian restaurant is a must trythe view from the rooftop is amazing, overall a very pleasant stay and we would come back

Beautiful hotel. Very Spacious. Some staff member's were polite and helpful. Lovely roof top bar and view of the Taj Mahal. Food was tasty.

We came for New Years Eve .. When I booked this hotel nothing was mentioned about the Gala .. However a week before arriving I was informed that I needed to pay an extra aprox 100.00 pounds each for a compulsory NYE Gala . For a family of 4 this is alot !!! Now we didn't have the time to look for alternative hotel options so we had to pay the extra for our stay. Which I feel should be indicated when booking straight away. Also lack of information was given about the Gala. We were also not informed that a table needed to be booked and location of the Gala its self. Staff was hit and miss .. Needed to book a taxi for the Airport and the receptionist in my option was quite rude and not willing to help. I was told nothing was available and that I should have sorted this when I had arrived which I guess I can understand but she wasn't willing to help us out to find an alternative solution. Simply said to book an Uber. However this is something we also were not able to do with luggage either. My husband had to speak to another member of staff who went out of his way to help resolve our Problem. He used his own personal phone and Uber app to get us to the airport in time. Also I enquired at reception about a birthday cake which I wanted for my son's birthday for the following day. I was informed that I only needed to call reception and order the cake for the room. Nothing was mentioned that I needed to give at least two hours notice before hand. So when I called to order the cake for an hours time I was then told it would take at least over an hour and half for this to arrive. in fact we ended up waiting over two hours for the cake to arrive. Again if I had known this I would have pre-ordered the cake before hand. Lack of information is pretty poor for this Hotel on this scale.

We did not have breakfast. It wasn’t included. The dinner in the indian restaurant was good.

We had no hot water. Not good when it was already so cold outside and in the lobby area

Beautiful property. Very secure, the seurity guards wouldcheck every one or car to get in or out of the palace.Ibwoyld stay there again.

It is kind far from the town. There is not much place to walk around for coffee or bakery or grab something light to eat.

Beautiful building close to most tourist sites Very clean. Staff are very welcoming Mr Wilson Massey tour director was quick to respond to our queries and helpful in organizing our tours Food is great

The Taj Agra was a great place to stay to visit the Taj Mahal. We tried to stay at the Oberoi, but it wasbooked for a wedding. This hotel was less expensive and it did not disappoint. The food was excellentand the staff was very welcoming. Highly recommend.

Room was good, flying visit so never really experienced the facilities, also raining!

The interior design was very pleasant, the rooms and public spaces attractive and comfortableThe reception and room staff were great, the service staff were lovely.

The coffee was terrible... our group kept hoping it would get better but the beans were obviously burnt and it was 3 days of the worst coffee we had in 3 weeks in India.The service at the pool and bar on the roof terrace was understaffed with two "managers" watching and not lifting a finger to help the overworked 2 waiters, who were swamped during Divali - it was ridiculous to watch - hierarchy and self importance gone mad.The prices on the food in the main restaurant were way too expensive.The travel desk guy was ridiculously persistent, to the point where we avoided him.

Absolutely what was expected of the Taj brand!Close proximity to Taj Mahal (you can actually walk 5-10 minutes to the parking area where the golf carts will take you the rest of the way).I appreciate the Palato restaurant for buffet meals, appreciate the high ceilings & wide variety, especially of local dishes!Most appreciate the room upgrade!
