We had a great stay. Staff couldn't be nicer, there's a great breakfast buffet, and the hotel is very well-kept. It was also great value for money.

Prices at the restaurant are a bit high. 750 for a small beer is too much. Highest price paid in India.

Everything was perfect. A guy name Mishra who works in the restaurant exceed our expectation level and was very friendly and professional.

The location, the staff, the peacefulness when you return after a busy day at the Taj ... perfect and the great value for money

The continental breakfast had a nice variety of food, including Indian breakfast. I wasn't very fond of the coffe though. The pool was really nice and the hotel had a really nice garden we could walk around in. Very friendly staff helping with any questions or needs.

Dinner dining was more service than I expected, very nice and professional staff. For me personally too much service but to each their own.

Great customer orientation. Highly trained and motivated staff that leaves no stone unturned…Location is about 3 km from Taj east end gate..The property is scenic with nicely manicured lawn, landscape and a decent sized pool… they have some programs for guest entertainment like pottery etc.The staff made our stay memorable by decorating the room and sending out a personalised handwritten card and cake for our 25th wedding anniversary. That gave my wife such a high…The breakfast was exceptional too with wide & scrumptious spread and dedicated servers providing customised attention and engagement.Throughly enjoyed our stay…

I loved EVERYTHING!!!! Pictures do not do the property justice! It’s a beautiful hotel and the facilities were second to none. However, the service was the highlight of our stay! We were greeted with blessings which made us feel so welcomed, had the hotel sort a wonderful trip to Taj Mahal, had a chance to see a traditional puppet show, and were met with the most professional and thoughtful service we’ve ever encountered anywhere in the world (and we travel a lot!!). We were so impressed! We were particularly happy with the service provided by Grison, Deepti, Arnav and Roshan.

Exceptional hotel with wonderful central swimming pool.The planted area around the swimming pool was outstanding.Superb ambience as you walk into the foyer.Service is a bit hit and miss for a five star hotel.Our bedroom had 2 single beds joined together.I asked for them to be separated.This was agreed but not done.So i had to ask again before it was done.Also i had to ask twice for our luggage to be taken to the foyer.The service in the bar was a bit slow although the staff were quite pleasant . Overall a superb hotel.

It was all clean and good facilities for the price we paid. Close to the Taj. Staff made a good effort.

Accommodation was good value. The dining/ breakfast was expensive in comparison to the 5 star hotels we stayed at such as the Oberoi and The Imperial - same price or more expensive for a number of like for like items.

Excellent restaurant, beautiful grounds and pool. Nice shops in the hotel. Nice evening program. I'd love to stay at the place again!

Have stayed at this hotel 2 times before and it is my "go to" in Agra. Very well maintained, comfortable hotel on large park grounds near the Taj. Hotel restaurant is excellent and the staff can't do enough to help. Added to this it is very reasonably priced.

wonderful and well maintained property, neat rooms, lovely and professional staff, comfortable bed, delicious food in super clean environment. Added value is its location 1km away from the metro station to reach Taj Mahal in just 4 stops. The taxi I booked through the hotel was late and the staff was very supportive, gave me a refund, and I’ve even received an extremely kind email from the hotel manager in this regard. Definitely I would go back with so much pleasure.

Every request was met with prompt attention, making my stay seamless and enjoyable. Whether for a short getaway or an extended stay, this hotel delivers on comfort, ambiance, and hospitality. Excellent quiet place with a lot of green space, a refuge in the city. Excellent food and staff.

The courtyard layout of this hotel brings homey ambience and quaint feeling of real hotel of yesteryear. The lush garden with wonderful selections of flowers add zest to the brief stay at Agra. International buffet is great.

Swimming needs more constant maintenance, as the water turns unclear in the evening, making it difficult to swim.

This was a great base for us to visit the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort from. The food in the restaurant was decent and the staff were all very helpful and polite.

We were upgraded from a pool view to a garden room, but this just meant we were closer to the road noise and a wedding next door, so stick to the internal pool view if possible. The room was decent, but a fairly standard business hotel size. Not quite enough space for two suitcases.

The staff were extremely friendly and professional. In particular Tanushree & Mahipal. Tanushree checked us in effortlessly and Mahipal served drinks with utmost professionalism. The staff will provide anything, they made our stay special and would highly recommend it. It is a 5* hotel in every way.

Nothing, the hotel is amazing. Close to the cafe and supermarket (10mins walk).

This hotel was perfect, the rooms were a little outdated but clean and comfortable!
