They are still planning to install an elevator... elevator is missing though ..staff members took all luggage in the room .

The comfortable place and the location the owner is pretty sociable and talk about the history of the hotel…

Good location near the Taj Mahal metro station and the Taj Mahal West ticket gate. The restaurant had a good selection of food and when I was feeling unwell, one of the restaurant staff was very helpful with advice and how best to navigate it, which was super helpful.

A little dated and the air con was loud but I'd stay again so it wasn't that much of a concern.

It was convenient and a good value for the price. It was clean and the staff was attentive. The restaurant was excellent.

I am a female older solo traveler. For one night it was fine but for longer I would probably want something more comfortable. Mosquitoes in mid April fyi. Loud traffic noise.

Maya Hotel is a fantastic choice, just 5 minutes from the Taj Mahal. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. The restaurant offers delicious food, making it a great spot to relax after sightseeing. Highly recommended for Agra visitors!

Clean room with great AC, hotel staff are very welcoming, especially the owner, the terrace restaurant was the hi-light of the stay!!

The property was a stones throw from the west gate of the Taj Mahal. The rooms were reasonably sized and clean. The manager was very accommodating and upgraded my room due to the issue with the air-conditioning unit and checked on our party a few times. The food is quite nice. There is air-conditioning in the downstairs restaurant and a pretty terrace upstairs.Free WiFi available.English speaking staff.

The service staff on the terrace ignored our presence entirely at more than once and attended to setting up empty tables rather than the paying guests sitting waiting to be served. Breakfast was not ready at nearly 9 even though it states from 7.30am. not all the food we ordered arrived and some items we didn't were on the final bill, however the manager took them off without a quibble.Power cuts affect WiFi and lights but there isn't much they can do about that.

The location is perfect and the staff is very kind! The breakfast terrace is perfect after a sunrise Taj Mahal visit, including good fresh coffee.

The location, the staff and the restaurant (even if the prices are a bit high, food is very good), room and bathroom were clean, nice and good value place.

Rooms are old and bathroom is smelly, probably due to aged buildings and pipes, and it’s not soundproofed at all. So if you want to have some rest it’s maybe not the ideal place but I still recommend.

I only stayed one night but it was everything I needed. Great location (10 minute walk from the Taj), nice restaurant, clean room, big bed, fast wifi and hot water in the shower. The staff are extremely friendly and Raj the owner went out of his way several times to make it a more personal experience.

The restaurant was a bit on the pricey side but it's a touristy area so can't really complain, the food was great anyway.

No windows to the outside, bathroom could be cleaner. There was no cold water in the evening.

Good sized room. Nice bathroom and great shower. Good onsite restaurant with lovely staff. Owner is always on hand and willing to help with anything you need. Location is right around the corner from the west gate into the Taj Mahal and just up the street from the Metro station which takes you to Agra Fort for 10 rupees!

Noisy air con but not too much of a problem as has a good fan also.

The room are very clean, definitively above the average indian hotel. The position is perfect to reach by cab but also to walk to the Taj Mahal. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the restaurant's dishes are tasty. Nice terrace.

Due to the position you will hear some traffic noise from the street.

The owner is very hands-on and very accommodating in whatever needs or requests you may need. Walking distance to the Taj and lots of shopping. Clean space, great food, and friendly staff.
