Great location walking distance to Taj Mahal. Helpful front desk staff.
Small room.
It was very close to the Taj Mahal and had a comfortable location
The room was very cold so they had to give us a heater that wasn’t optimal.
Location is brilliant, only 10 min walk from the Taj Mahal East gate. Dinner is excellent at the rooftop bar with live performance.
Room was in the basement with no windows and natural light, and constant noise was coming from the ground floor.
The close proximity to the Taj Mahal
The water was cold, didn't get warm when taking a bath. Also the carpet was very dirty.
At the top floor there is a good restaurant. In the evening there were also live music, Indian. The breakfast was good, compared with USA it was excellent. The location was perfect for visiting Taj Mahal, only 10 minutes walking distance.
Nothing to complain about
A small hotel with rooftop restaurant and pool, situated within easy walking distance of the Taj Mahal. Helpful and friendly staff.
Break fast good
Bathroom door can't lock, tap loose, parking problem
The location was what I wanted, it was only a couple of hundred meters from the Taj Mahal as I wanted to get there very early for the opening. Also, the roof deck did have a view of the Taj Mahal too, an OK view but a view none the less. I used the pool, I also needed a driver for the day and the hotel set that up for me.
Like many hotels in India, they could always be a bit cleaner and updated
Staff were welcoming - thats about it -they have a parking area
Its definitely not a 4-star hotel. The room utilities were average and most of the supplies had to be asked for like dental kits and so forth. Location was great and that was the only good factor. Breakfast was completely average - room was fine - but definitely needs a renovation. There are better options at similar prices nearby. If I got another option, I would not book this hotel - unless it was at half-price.And they have a market just before entering the breakfast area - maybe change the look -- its seems like a forced sale and unpleasant area.
Excellent staff. Very good food and service. Great position for Taj Mahal. Good staff driver to Agra Fort and very fair price.
No hot water in room. Room and parts of hotel need major renovation work
Very nice hotel, offering a walking distance from the Taj Mahal and many cafés and restaurants. Facilities are good.
Very close to Taj Mahal. Can view it from the rooftop
Our room was in basement and smelled of mold. When complained was told that they will spray air fresheners and as the time passed the blanket got wet due to condensation
It’s near the taj and staff were friendly and helpful. Complimentary Breakfast was very good
There was stinking smell in few areas of hotel which they need to focus on cleaning
Hotel is not clean at allWe didn't stay here We left. Location is good Staff is helpful But hotel is dirty We walked out went to another hotel immediately
Dirty .room smells .fridge dirty
The staff was very kind and helpful, answering to all of our requests. The food was good, service was good and the terrace view of the Taj Mahal was magnificent. We had a private driver to go sightseeing and great recommendations from the staff. In general great hotel for a good price/quality.
Some general maintenance would be good.
Location is good
Not clean, service ans staff can definitely improve, breakfast was basic, pool felt dirty, some electrical sockets
Great Location. Great Staff and Service. We requested for Room Decoration and They immediately arranged it. The Manager is Humble and Diligent MR OP Yadav & team. Live Music At Dinner. Great Experience, Loved it.
Room was bit small but good for the price.
Good value for money and location. Rooftop swimming pool was very nice respite in the heat.
Clean enough but finishings is getting tatty and needs general upkeep.
