Basic amenities were not in place which were mentioned during booking 5. Supreme poor Wifi network 6. TV doesn't work7. Baby cockroaches in the room

Breakfast was satisfactory as there are limited options. Location was fine.

Room conditions was not good. Door handles were damaged. Door was not closing smoothly. Toilet cistern was not working. Bathroom tap was leakage. Staff service was very poor.

Pathetic, disgusting rooms. The doors were not getting locked properly, the rooms were flooded after rain, there was no proper hot water, the rooms were smelly. There was no electricity for 2 hours. No soaps provided. It was a bad experience.

This was the most pathetic experience of my stay in any hotel in my entire life..many of the facilities were not working...the staff was just careless about everything...I complained numerous times but it was not fixed....no hot water in bathroom, towels not available, house keeping not done, no water bottles kept in room despite telling everyday, the walls of the room were dampen and dirty, there was paan spitting on the wall (it was not cleaned even we complained many times), bathroom water spilling outside to the room....very very disappointing experience

The staff always ask for money. Very pathetic service. Will never visit again. Booking.com should block these kind of hotels.But they never clean the room and room service was pathetic.

Nothing actually...only AC was working okay

The service was very poor, really bad. Lot of things including Geyser, TV etc was not working..we complained many times but it was not fixed. There were no towels replaced in the room...everything we had to ask the staff...there was no proactiveness from anyone for the housekeeping...shower flow was also very bad...very bad experience overall...the staff was least bothered to address the issues although they kept saying they will fix the issues but they did not

Property is located near to all local attractions including Taj Mahal and agra fort , staff members helps to visit agra fort also arranged late night food Happy and Satisfied with services

Good location it is in taj ganj, room was neat clean and comfortable with all facilities. WIFI slow but manageable. Washroom was also clean. Check in and check out was smooth.

Staff is friendly to change couple of rooms when there are issues with door lock and a complete water seepage inside the room due to leaking windows.

Rooms were full of molds and noticed that plaster of the wall was peeling in almost all rooms wherever we switched to. Wifi wasn't working and door locks are poorly maintained. Lift sometimes working in a wierd manner. Sighting of cockroaches every time we had food at the restaurant down.

Nothing tbh, it was a crappy stay. Rude staff. Don't be fooled by the pictures. It's not even walking distance from Taj Mahal Entry gate. Area also seemed a little shady and btw the crowd was so eww. I had prepaid, else I would have left on arrival

They switched off the AC from some external source without your consent. Geyser didn't work. I changed two rooms. Bed sheets are unclean until you ask for clean ones. The crowd tier 2 and was noisy. Just don't book this one please.

Property not maintained. State of bedrooms, bathroom were not good. Seems like started with good hotel with lot of investment but because of poor maintenance ended up in poor state . Dirty and worn out towels , leaking taps , gaping holes in ceiling of bathroom and poor breakfast preparation

The staff is very good.

The room maintenance is very bad. There were cockroaches in the room and when it was raining the water came in through the window railings (windows were completely closed). Washroom is very dull. No proper lighting’s in the bathroom.

Everything, shower was leaking, lift button was open with dangling electric wires at 2nd floor, mould on the walls.

Fantastic stay! The rooms were spotless, the amenities were superb, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure comfort. Perfect location for visiting attractions. Highly recommend this hotel!
