The staff

Not really

The hotel is nice and clean, has few swimming pool and the kids are enjoyed it. The staff was humble and helpful. The good is delicious and many choices for breakfast buffet. 2 dogs (Maya and Max) are surprised is and the kids loved to pet them. Very friendly dogs and safe. Many activities for the kids and can do with family too like plants, cooking class, drawing , etc and all is free charge. We got extra bed also for free charge. I joined the Taj Member and will get many benefits. We loved this hotel and will come back again in future. High recommended.

We only booked 1 room with king size bed for 4 of us (2 adults and 2 kids under 12), so make the room looks tight/small for us, especially with 1 extra bed. But we stayed only for 2 nights so it's not really bother us. Maybe better to provide the bigger size for body soap, shampo and conditioner?

Excellent room, very clean and comfortable, nice bathroom (some traces of cracks in stone and mold), fast room service, reasonable price. Concierge was happy to help me use the empty restaurant for an early morning confidential business call--excellent wifi. Nice roof deck and pool, but too much smog to use it. Gym was ok, sauna may not have been functioning but i didn't ask. Excellent breakfast buffet (western/indian) with lots of additional options offered to me made fresh.

Bartender did not know how to make a Martini and mixed some incorrect concoction with cointreau. Individual staff asked/pushed many times for reviews listing their names.

The room was very comfortable and clean. The location is excellent to go to Taj Mahal

The breakfast wasn’t good

Fantastic staff, we’ve spent a month traveling through India and this was our favorite accommodation. The shower was the BEST! Beautiful views, delicious food on the rooftop. Special shoutout to Sebastian who was so lovely and helpful!! Her warmth and hospitality was the best welcome. Great value for this hotel!

We had a pleasant stay but our room smelt very damp.The staff tried their best to find alternative room but they all were the same.Restaurant Staff were lovely and very attentive but the food quality and presentation was average.

On our 1st day we ordered a vegetarian burger and they brought out a chicken burger, good job we noticed, before eating!We also were sat in a separate dining room and there were no other diners, the food service was very slow indeed, about 45 mins!There were 2 dogs on site that belonged to the hotel and although I have nothing against dogs, If I had known this, I would have chosen another hotel. Whilst waiting for our food we saw one of the dogs weeing om the mat at the steps to the pool. that really put me off.

The swimming pool, the few from hotel, the hotel design is so beautiful, and the food from restaurant is delicious. We are happy with the services and facility, and we are enjoyed. We are stayed 2 nights here and everybody happy after long drive form Delhi. We got free charge for extra bed. I also joined the Taj member to get more benefits. Amazing experiences. High recommended. If we back to Agra again in future, we will definitely stay here again.

Almost nothing. Maybe better to provide the proper liquid soap and shampoo and conditioner in bigger size? The internet is few times break down and bit difficult to login, we need asked the staff to help us for login. After that, the internet is fast and working well. The room size is bit small for 4 of us.

The room was nice, but beware of the shower floor. It's quite slippery. Great breakfast.

Loud music is coming from a nearby venue in the early evening. Even the monkeys were running from that scandolous music.

The staff and the food is PERFECT! They have 2 cute dogs too. The pool is perfect and all the other ammenities. We celebrate a birthday at the hotel and there was cake

Price is a little high

Our stay was truly exceptional! Max and Maya went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. The staff’s warm gestures, prompt responses, and impeccable cleanliness made our experience unforgettable. Highly recommended!

It was a good pleasant stay. Hotel location is very convenient and best thing about hotel is its staff, they are very helpful and courteous. Would specially like to mention Amit who was extremely courteous and helpful during morning break-fast and also was managing Sky-Deck restaurant well.

The staff were very attentive and helpful during our stay. The room was spacious and comfortable with a lovely platter upon our arrival. The pool was a big attraction to us as we wanted to relax after three weeks travelling and it didn’t disappoint! The Sky Deck on the roof has picturesque views of the Taj Mahal and surrounding areas and food was delicious. Thank you so much for a wonderful time at your hotel.

Location and friendly staffs

For a Taj Hotels brand, expect clean rooms and furnishings. Not impressed.

Extremely good service, staff will go out of their way to help you. Property has a vintage charm. Restaurants have great food, location is very much on the Main Street.

The air conditioning was a bit inconsistent at times but nothing too concerning.

Our room was perfect, overlooking the Taj, the rooftop bar was a perfect romantic setting for all couples and the staff were incredible, even the Chef came out to see us.

Everything was good so there was nothing we did not like, it genuinely is a beautiful hotel.

If there is one thing that stands out at this place from the rest of the accommodations we had in India, it is their overwhelming hospitality! The room was meticulously arranged and tastefully decorated with a view of Taj Mahal from our bed. Their marble inlay decor and artisan hors d'oeuvres made the stay very special. We were celebrating my son's 18th birthday and they prepared a surprise for us in our room, complete with a birthday cake. We also greatly appreciated the food and service in their in-house restaurant. Overall the stay was too good that we hesitated to leave the room despite being in the city of wonders!

This has nothing to do about the hotel but we assumed that the Taj Mahal would have lights that made it visible at night.

Good Indian restaurant in the hotel. Very nice staff. Two lovely Golden Labradors there to welcome guests.

This hotel was beautiful! The staff were amazing. Very helpful and understanding. Our son has severe food allergies. They were so accommodating!
