The communal cooking facilities were very well maintained. Overall though a very bad experience and I will certainly not stay here again.

When booking the description stated the room had an ensuite however on checkin I was advised the cabin booked did not include an ensuite and I had to pay extra for an upgrade. Very disappointing as there was no way I would have booked this accommodation

I had a wonderful stay at BIG4 Ingenia Holidays Phillip Island! From the moment we arrived, the reception staff were absolutely wonderful—so helpful and welcoming, which set a positive tone for the whole trip .The park itself is large and very well-maintained. It felt clean throughout, and the location is perfect, being so close to the sea . There are plenty of kids' playgrounds, which kept the little ones entertained, and I was particularly impressed by how clean the communal toilets and bathrooms were .Our room was a good size with comfortable beds. Just a note for future guests: we paid an extra $50 for clean sheets and blankets, which were supplied. It's good to know this is an option if you're traveling without your own linen.Overall, a great experience. Highly recommended for families

The only downside was the kitchen area. The appliances weren't clean—especially the microwave, which looked like it hadn't been wiped out in a while. Also, there was no kettle provided for boiling water, which was inconvenient for making tea or coffee

Cosy little cabin. Everything you need and tidy, value for money was excellent

Lovely and clean and a great position close to town so you could walk

I think that face washers should be provided and a box of tissues in the cabins would of made the stay perfect

- where it was, close to shops and beach- lots for the kids to do, bikes, jumping pad, the could ride bikes and scooters

For the amount of people it could sleep, in the double bed room, it couldn't even fit a bag. I had to jam it down the side of the bed and crawl over things. I woke up every day with lower back and hip pain from the mattress. There was no more than hip 30cm left around the bedIt is beach accommodation but there was zero space for beach bags or towels.There was absolutely no room.I had to shove bags access the back of the table.Bathroom, was accessively small.Trying to wash off small kids and I was hitting a toilet non stop.The jumping pad was awesome but the kids only got to use it 2x as bigger kids came and filled it up with sand so when kids were jumping the sand was getting air born and going ok into their eyes. It could of been swept off.

Nothing really apart from the beach being close

The room was very outdated and had a strong smell when we checked in.We found mould in some places. We have stayed at a few Big4 holiday parks and this one was unfortunately a dud compared to the others. It was overcrowded and the cabins are super close to each other.

Great location with informative staff. Having private beach access was very nice. We were also lucky to get a free upgrade.

This is a small detailed but I wish you did not need to input a code to drive out of the property. To get in, it makes sense however when leaving it creates a hold up.

Great attention to detail from the crew, a perfect stay in a relaxing holiday park with amazing staff, great for our kids.

Everything from the cabins/ cleanliness/location to free-roaming wildlife and natural attractions. My kids loved every second too!

Lots to do with the kids. Our children loved the buggies and the games room. Kids club was excellent. Lots of amenities. Grounds were well maintained.

Stayed in a cabin very clean and comfy,location was great. Friendly staff would definitely return if every we are down again. Highly recommended

I had a wonderful stay at this mobile home during my time in PhillipIsland. The accommodation was clean, well equipped, and surprisingly spacious. The kitchen had everything I needed for cooking and the bed was very comfortable. I especially appreciated the peaceful surroundings and the outdoor space, which made it a relaxing retreat after busy days of exploring.Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable alternative to traditional hotels!

The location, own car space and self sufficient cabin and it was great to be able to make breakfast and coffee and have a big fridge .

The heating was very poor and didn’t work very well cabin got very cold and the mattresses were not very comfortable , the kids sleeping in the mattresses were constantly hitting the window frames due to the poor location

Good location good facilities

The room was freshly painted on the day of checked in. Very bad smells so have to have windows open for the airflow. The very first night was very cold and receptionist refused to give us extra blankets and I have to request many time until she had my credit card details and so many random questions. Struggled to meet the basic comfort and first bad experience with big4

Sadly the weather was terrible but we enjoyed our stay
