Townhouse Kathgharia Chowk Formerly Haldwani Inn

Great rooms loved the ambiance staff is great and helpful.

There is nothing is to liked in the property except parking

I did not like my stay at this hotel. The room was very dusty and not hygienic, and there was no toilet paper or basic toiletries provided. Housekeeping, dusting, and dustbins were not properly maintained, and many small issues in the room showed poor maintenance. Overall, the place needs much better cleaning and services, and it is not comfortable for guests like me.

Spacious room.

Earlier when the hotel was newly opened, room, bed, linen and cleanliness was all good. But now over the period of time, the quality has gone down a lot. Bed sheet, towels has stain. Balcony was not cleaned. Spots in washroom.disappointing. even 800 rs plus gst was more paying for this kind of property.

The hotel is decent for a very short stay. The room was reasonably clean, in the sense that if you didn't sleep and didn't take your socks off. It was not dirty but it was not very spick and span but suited us. The hotel staff was very friendly so that helped.

Good place clean room and staff very helpful all done keep going

Rooms, location and view..

Room size, beds, sheeta were clean

No water, towels, tea coffee provided

Room size and beds

Intercom facilities not available, Availability of mineral water bottle fresh, plastic used bottle for RO water.

Its a misleading property with different name “hotel haldwani Inn”. It comes under Oyo so expect zero support from booking.com

Staff is very rude. They denied for heater which was ok but when i asked for extra blanket they told me to sit on the bed and it will get warm with time. Later they provided blanket as a favour.Washrooms were unclean, we took breakfast option but they dont have any restaurant. They give breakfast in room only by ordering from somewhere else. Ideally they should not charge for breakfast with room.

Bad

Name and hotel image are different in online booking, staff is unprofessional, there are no facilities available just you have bed and room you go to the hotel and sleep

Good staff and clean stay good location

The amenities in the room were great and the comfortable beds with bathroom was very spacious. Staff was very friendly.

The Property was neat and clean and family friendly. The staff was courteous and helpful

The name that was shown on the website and the actual name of the property is different. It is not Townhouse but Hotel Haldwani Inn which was pretty misleading and confusing. We arrive late in the night at the property and were quite take back by the different name situation. Also, they keep messaging me over the Booking.com messenger box to make half the payment before arrival which was not part of the deal. As per the deal the payment was to be made at the hotel front desk. This was both suspicious and scary at the same time.

Everything was perfect from checkin to check out. Room was same as shown in pics. The best part is the service was good. Beautiful balcony with nice sunrise & sunset view. Room was neat & clean. Overall good experience.

Good hotel. Spacious Room. Staff was extremely friendly, beautiful property. Peaceful sleep and good washroom. Had a good stay.
