The person on the reception at night was abruptly rude talking to ladies..the location is too busy.The blankets were dirty and so was the terrace.All in all the pictures r disguise.

Bed linen were not fresh but used one so asked the staffs to change it.
1. Ths staff was excellent.2. The water supply with heated water was 24×7 available.3. The in house restaurant was awesome on food and cleanliness including staff.4. The view from the restaurant.5. Considering the establishment of hotel is very old it gives a tough competitions to other hotels.
1. The bed sheets could have been more clean. I mean that its time to get a new stock as I am sure they were clean and hygienic.2. The pillow was hard as rock.3. The blankets were not looking clean.

Not value for money, charging exorbitantly and not providing basic services such as electric kettle, toiletries, hand towels, etc. Also, building has not been maintained well. Taps were leaking, bathroom door was rotten.
