The main road accommodation was easy to find and quieter than expected. Room was basic, but excellent cleanliness and spacious. Bed was firm queen with a spare single

Very clean. Comfortable bed. Excellent shower. Newly refurbished bathroom. Close to the village. Good fan and heat pump.

Paint work in the lounge needs attention and the carpet replaced. Do not stay on New Year's Eve as loud noisy party outside.

It was clean and tidy. The beds were reasonably comfy. The heat pump warmed up the main part of the unit well.Good communication with the property manager, thanks.

The bathroom had mould, needs an extractor. The heater in the separate bedroom wasn't equal to the winter temperatures.

We liked the proximity to our event. The room had what we needed. Shower was great. The bed was comfy. Tv was great. Toilet flushed so well. Modernized and fresh feel to the room.

The bed moved so much during bed aerobics lol. That's it really lol

This motel is run remotely, there is No person in reception, you have to ring a number and get a code for the lockbox to get your room key

We were quite comfortable, as it was Easter weekend we hardly saw staff but BANG they were available when we had questions. Great stay

Location excellent, cafes, supermarket in walking distance

No power outlets in bathroom and only mirror in the bathroom is bolted to the wall. Makes very hard for blow drying or heat styling hair or using an electric toothbrush.Our bed had a slump on the left side so kept rolling over. And no milk in the fridge despite having teas,coffees kettle to use. Tried to ring the receiption door and phone number as we had a question but no reply from either.

Location and ease of access. Clean.

We booked for three people. Only two chairs, two towels. One bowl.... We stayed in a few locations on our trip. This one was dear than others and no where near as good. About $30.00 over charged compared to the others

Cheap beds, cheap towels, no matching cutlery (op shop?) poorly designed unit, extremely noisy from road traffic - unit porrly located, no milk supplied.

the place was very untidy lawns not mowed, dead plant in pot over grown with weeds it was awful when we pulled in, we nearly turned around without getting out of the car. the unit smelled of wet dog or something it was old and unloved just not nice very disappointing and never saw any staff members at all

Good location, walking distance to local shops and restaurants. Easy access with keys located in lockbox outside rooms and code texted on the morning of check-in. Coin operated laundry facilities on-site. Rooms, while a little dated, were very clean.

Rooms are a little dated and could do with a refresh. While tea/coffee was provided there was no milk available.

Great location, but a little overpriced. The unit I stayed in needs to be updated as it was not very welcoming!Great shower and comfy bed!!

Convenient to the Rimutaka trail. I liked that the apartment had a full kitchen.

No direct contact with staff. Place was a little run down. Needs some tlc on the outside.

Not much- toilet shower had been cleaned

Tv didn’t work, no bowls for breakfast, musky smell- mould on ceiling. Kitchen needed to be cleaned

Fairly spacious, full sized fridge freezer. Had everything you need.

Grape vine on the deck was a bit overgrown but on the plus side had grapes so I see why they’ve left it.

Proxmity of location to leisure and sporting adventures.

Noise from roads behind and at front of property. Nobody at site to greet and resolve any issues. A well used bed, that was very uncomfortable. Bathroom without fan extraction and water damage to interior. Other occupants anti-social noise at 1230am and 3:00am.

Really good bed, great air conditioner, well equipped, clean and good value.

Central location, easy to find, close to city centre

No staff at site, difficult to check in
