Bravia Hotel Ouagadougou

Very clean, quiet, and quaint.

I liked everything

I had a quick stay in Ouagadougou and the Bravia Hotel was the perfect choice for me. It’s a very well managed hotel with a lovely staff. Everybody is so friendly and kind. Their driver was waiting for me in the middle of the night when my plane landed; the front desk staff arranged a taxi to take me around Ouagadougou, and the restaurant (with very good food, by the way) one night put together something light when I wasn’t all that hungry. The room was quiet with a comfortable bed, good a/c, and loads of hot water. Everything worked! As others have mentioned, security is also excellent. I’d happily stay here again.

Perfect place in terms of cleanliness services adn comfort...I like it

The hotel is located less than 10 minutes from the airport, which was a big plus after a long journey.The room I requested had a street view overlooking a developing city. It was well-maintained, and the bedding was very comfortable.We were impressed by the stunning decor; it was so beautiful we couldn't resist taking photos.The food and drinks were another highlight. The mint lemonade and sorrel quickly became our favorite drinks, and my son absolutely loved the butter chicken.The staff were friendly, efficient, and went the extra mile to ensure our stay was both comfortable and memorable. We felt safe throughout our visit, and the presence of 24-hour armed security added an extra layer of reassurance.

The room is functional. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were very attentional, and were teh best part of the stay.

The room is overpriced.

After several hotels did not have anyone waiting at the airport for hotel pickup it was a delightful surprise and relief when Bravia executed the transfer perfectly!

Their Indian chef makes tasty Indian food also as per your request.

The staff is friendly, and a shuttle is available every 30 minutes to take you to the airport.

The hotel is in a nice area - safe and kept. There is absolutely professional security personnel at the entrance. It is clean and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The room was cozy and there was a good desk to work on. Windows were big and curtains were thick enough to not let the sun burn you in case you need to sleep. The bed was king size and very comfortable. The TV set had enough programs in English. The shower was one of my favorites in the room in general - enough water and easily adjusted spurt. Breakfast was relatively good and diverse - for the standards I have experienced elsewhere in Africa I would even say excellent. Room service was prompt. Shuttle to the airport was easy to organize.

The pictures on line are far better than the actual hotel, but it was clean and service was good.

the named double bed is actually two single beds putting together with a gap in the middle; noisy A/C; I lost my nightclothes during laundry and no staff admitted...

Breakfast had a lot of variety so you could always eat something. The location is central and very close to airports which is what I needed.

Some of the market sellers outside the hotel were a bit pushy. It’s what you would expect but if your walking on your own it can be a bit of a pain

They do not allow your own mineral water to the hotel room, I left 6 bottles at security and was force to drink water from hotel, the bathroom was smelling bad

Location, clean room ,

My payment via the banking terminal was catastrophic. The terminal didn’t work and the bank deducted 315417 xof. The message from the terminal was «  failed » but I didn’t get back my money yet. I have informed the financial director.

Fantastic comfort - blew past my expectations for a hotel in Ouagadougou! I booked the standard room and was upgraded to the business room! Would highly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting the city.

The bathroom was a tad dated, but overall the amenities exceeded my expectations.

The staff are great, really kind and helpful. My room was comfortable. The a/c and WiFi worked very well the entire time. I'll plan to stay here again.

The pool hours are limited and since I was there for work, I never got to use it, which was unfortunate. I would also recommend a larger safe. I have a smaller laptop and it wouldn't fit.
