It was a very large room with a king bed and a great bathroom

Was a little tricky to find as down a long drive

The location and staff were nice.

There were smokers next door.

Very tidy and well equipped. Centrally located.

There was heating in the bathroom and for the towels, along with plenty of cooking equipment. A very good hotel overall.

It would have been nice if there was a glass divider in the shower to prevent water from flooding the entire bathroom. Also, the room was a bit dark because several light bulbs were burnt out.

The cleanliness of the rooms is exceptional - the rooms are spacious and have a good small kitchen set up. The staff were friendly and obliging where they were able to be.

The disability facilities are not good for someone totally wheelchair bound. You can move around the room, but the shower is not set up for a disabled person at all. There is no seat nor grab rails on the shower nor is the shower head removable so it can be hand held. This was disappointing as I had asked specifically if the room was det up for full disability. It definitely has some features for a partial disability but definitely not for someone totally wheelchair dependent.

we used this motel in the 1990's and loved it. This time it was just as good. Very Quiet. clean and roomy.

the bed must be from the first visit. extremely uncomfortable and very little sleep. it needs replacing.

The bathroom needed improvements. Tiles on floor were slippery when wet. The light flickered and shower head was lose and hard to keep up.

Off the main road, so was quiet. Comfortable large rooms

Double bed instead of twin

I was travelling with my friend and we were looking for twin bed accommodation. This place has the option during the booking procedure to choose between twin or double bed, which was great, so I chose twin bed. We were on our way to the motel when I received a message from them saying the bed has been made already as a double and they can't change. I asked them why they offer a choice of bed then? They said it is subject to availability and they offered a refund. As it was too late to find another accommodation for the night, we stayed there eventually, luckily the bed was really big, so we didn't have to cuddle. I would recommend to the motel to only offer the option between twin and double bed if they are able to provide accordingly.

Percent for our one night stay in Murchison. Off the road so nice and quiet.

Bed was large king and sheets were silky. Quality toiletries. Attention to detail.

Loved the unit...it was so spacious and so well equiped....clean, and so accessible for unloading the car that was such a treat!

Initially I was annoyed that the facility was unmanned, as I do like to meet the people that I am paying...however, it turned out to be of no annoyance as we had great people next door to chat to...and then the cleaner the next day who was an absolute delight....

Self check in worked well. Kitchen had a stove top which was great. The location is quite isolated but served us well for our travels. Go prepared with food as there is a store but it's very limited. The motel had a washer that was free to use, even had washing powder which was excellent. Dryer was available to use with 2x $2 or a airer was also available. Great for us to be able to catch up with clothes. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Good toiletries were also provided along with tea, coffee etc

All was perfect! Clean and comfy room with a super huge bed! Extra point for the sulfate-free products. Smooth check in experience and perfect location in the town. Great recommendations for dining and also for nearby sightseeing.

Very impressed with the size of the room. It was clean and well presented with an extra large bed. Great kitchen facilities and a very large bathroom. The motel was well off the road with parking outside the unit. The small town was a quick walk down the road to the local hotel, Four Square and small shops. It was only a few minutes away from the Buller Gorge Adventure Park

Location was in the heart of the little town. It had a super king comfy bed and the unit felt very spacious and was in very good shape condition.

Everything was great.
