Haast River Motels & Holiday Park

Clean, friendly staff, good community spaces… Very relaxing with beautiful views

Nothing in particular.

Very clean and modern room. Spacious, well-appointed and had everything we needed. Free on-site parking. Would recommend staying here!

Nothing we didn’t like!

Room was very spacious and very wellEquipped with kitchen. Bed was comfy.

Stairs up to our room. We had few heavy bags to carry up from our car.

Clean and friendly staff. Good location at haast.

We arrived late and tired and thankfully the key was there waiting for us. The room was large, clean and very comfortable. It was the perfect place for us to get some rest.

There was really nothing to complain about.

Very good place to stay in Haast. The room was large, clean, and very comfortable, with plenty of space to relax after a long day. All the facilities were in good working order and well maintained, which made the stay easy and stress-free. The place was quiet and well set up, providing everything needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, a great option in Haast, offering good value and comfort. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others visiting the area.

The rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable. We all loved the excellent water pressure from the shower. The experience exceeded our expectation for a stay in a motel.

The room was very comfortable, and we were not told but an air fryer was supplied.

Not many places to eat at night and a lot of camper vans around the rooms.

The room had an adequate kitchenette, with table, comfy sitting area for watching TV, and super comfy bed. Decor was also great!

The parking was explained, but a bit confusing until we drove it once and got lost, even though we had a map.

best value 2 hours drive from franz josef glacier. large room with everything needed.

Checking quick and easy.Updated rooms which were lovely.Comfy beds and lovely and clean.Staff nice

Great location, friendly staff, comfortable and clean

The room was tidy and loved the decor with the new carpet. Bed was comfortable and especially the pillows were the best! Wonderful heating was too hot had to turn it off quite a bit. Very quiet and peaceful location. Highly recommended.

Microwave inside bottom cupboard. Didn't use much but was awkward when had to use it.

The holiday park was great, nice rooms. Not much to do in Haast itself. Kitchen was shared and a bit chaotic.

clean, quiet, well organized, friendly staff, ice cream service

Lovely setting. Nicely laid out. Great for our overnight stay.

A mistake was made with our payment so sorting that was time-consuming, although fixed in the end.

Great little spot staff upon arrival the lady was lovely. Great little common area, clean and comfy rooms and good grounds. However, The tv in our room wouldn’t work and no one there to ask as reception was closed, there were 3 different prices for the cot; in the room booklet said $10, email said $20 we were charged $25 on check in! Also, the old fella was looking in our room before we even checked out to see if anyone was in there, bit rude we thought.

Spacious accommodation ,laundry room lovely restaurant nearby The hard Antler very nice food

Comfy bed and beautiful location. Good advice on where to eat

Ease of access, speedy registration & room was ready & clean.
