Poor WiFi Not friendly staff

The room was very clean and the beds very comfortable. The room was spacious.

The floor of the shower was lethal and very dangerous. It requires a non-slip surface.

The back of the property is large and open for walking and being outside after driving.

The overpowering scent of the carpet deodorizers. Upon arrival we were told by the staff the WiFi was not working. We were able to access via our phones but not on laptop. Also, a 10:00 checkout does not make for a restful stay.

Huge old badly patched crack across hand basin where germs could live then expected to use that basin to wash up your dishes. Patched bathroom floor with mould in the corners of the shower and long window sill in bathroom. Crack across the inside of one of the coffee mugs

Location was great for walking the trail around the water front . Room was clean and staff very friendly

I booked a room with a water view. And got a room looking at houses back yards . Not happy with that ?

The location is very good. The balcony has wonderful views. Room is very well done with all the amenities. Restaurant food was delicious. It was one of the best chicken kabobs I have had.

Large sunny room. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Outdoor table and chairs with outlook to the river. Meals were available from the tavern next door.

Other guests leaving early in the morning weren’t very considerate of guests trying to sleep.

The bedside tables were very dusty. Additionally we were woken up during the night by patrons of the pub leaving and one instance of a male knocking on our door and neighbours doors as well.

Staff very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and we found the bed comfortable. We had dinner in the restaurant which was good value and informable which was great just returning from a days walking.

Scrupulously clean and tidy, comfortable bed, great view onto the water. Friendly staff, very welcoming.

Ideal location and excellent facilities. Restaurant was great food was excellent. Staff were very helpful and very accommodating especially when water was cut off due to a major pipe breakage affecting half the town. Only suggestion that Check in Staff should be allocated at peak check in time as they split duties between check in and poker machines/ keno

The sink was cracked

Was a simple, comfortable layout, suitable to our overnight stay on the way to Hobart. Easy access to the pub for dinner.

On arrival, our fridge was off and TV wasn’t working, found that the switch had tripped. In the morning, water wasn’t working so couldn’t wash up, shower or flush the toilet.
