Typical of my stays so far. Clean, comfortable room. Helpful staff.

Adorable seaside view! Perfect stopping point if exploring Nugget View lighthouse. Walked out on the balcony at night and saw the most wonderful sky full of stars and the Milky Way! Spacious living area and kitchen. Would return!

Our room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Despite the fact that most of the rooms were full, it was very quiet. Nice view of the water! And the gracious owner was responsive to our needs. Highly recommend.

Excellent location with a stunning view of Kaka point beach. The owner Jacqui was very friendly and the room had everything we needed. Jacqui was also great with sending some items out of town for us that we left in the room - thanks Jacqui.

The location is excellent. Although the view out of our tiny window was not un-obstructed, the motel has tried its best with all rooms facing towards the ocean. The staff were delightful, the room well appointed, well thought out. Very easy-going, relaxed and welcoming.

The veranda is a shared veranda, and would benefit with some dividers between guests.

The rooms are comfortable, and all have a stunning view! We appreciated the amenities such as the kitchenette.

Nice motel for one or two nights stay, very new, clean with a great view and balcony. New private management , very pleasant host that wants to make it right.Got good recommendation for sea Lion watching.

Spacious and comfortable studio with views over the bay to Nugget Point.

Great location with awesome views out to the Nugget Point lighthouse. The room was warm, clean and tidy. Good facilities in the room and value for money.

The bed was a little soft.

Great views and just a short walk down to the beach and to the pub/cafe. Comfortable seating and beds.

We booked the family room with sea view for 1 night, as a stopover on our road trip from Dunedin to Curio Bay. The room was better than expected. Rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable, heating was good. Not to mention, great views!

The location and the well equipped kitchen

The bathroom was clean but very basic and featured a boarded up bath / spa bath a functioning bath would have been great

The motel exceeded my expecation, super nice enveriment and comfortable sleeping experience, it's such a nice place to find in a small town like this. And the staff is super friendly, keeps remindering us about dinner option, fueling advise, it was quie an experience.

Would've been better if there is a cooker hood on top of the induction cooker
