No Ac, toilet flash doesn’t work, we called but it wasn’t fixed

- Nice pool and restaurant staff.

- You will not feel welcome with hotel reception staff. - They are treating clients differently based on their national origin,  kind of discrimination. The room was as far as possible. - The room is not like we reserved in booking. The view and the environnement was so disrespectful in T block. - We paid for all inclusive pack. But the color of the bracelet did not correspond. A very bad experience. You have a lot to improve el mouradi

very bad costumer service very disrespectful and disappointing from a 4 star hotel i booked a trip for my family when they arrived they refused to check them in they forced my father to pay cash the costumer service said if u dont pay cash u go to other hotel and when i booked it its non refundable and the system said they will charge my credit card in any minute they are taking advantage of people to get paid twice my father had to drive 3 hours extra to get cash this is unacceptable and i report this to booking

The pool only and some of the staff are good

The room is in a bad condition The shower is broken The people who are working in the reception are not welcoming at all , and they have bad attitude.

The staff in the hotel work especially hard, all go out of there way to make your stay a lovely experience, the entertainment team are amazing and the customer service at the front desk is impeccable service, especially Omar who is probably the most honest, kind, caring person I've ever met, he sorted out any issues straight away and is an asset to the hotel.

There are libbian men who go in groups of two to 3 who try to follow you to your rooms, many tourist have been attacked by these people, I spoke to 2 German older ladies on the date of their departure, only to find out that their friend 84yrs were attacked in her room by one of them, they had told the staff and nothing was done. This seems to happen often here as the same thing nearly happened to my sister, and she also had 3 children with her on December 11th 2024 thankfully I had stopped him and had to push him away from her, he tried to push pass me, and did not care whether she had children or not, security was told and they stayed away but constantly watched her for 3 days, till they left. It was scary, Needlest to say my sister and the German women stated they will never come back to this hotel again. It's dangerous for some tourist. So be careful as the under director did nothing about it when I told him this. It's shocking.

It was clean, we stayed here for a week and was a bit worried after reading the reviews, the food isn’t amazing but you will always find something to eat, they had lots of meat dishes, freshly prepared pizza, I had omelet for breakfast every day cooked in front of me. My son had freshly cooked waffles, pancakes. Staff in the bar were lovely especially upstairs. , 2 big bars, 3 swimming pools. The people were lovely and did not hassle you to join in activities or do excursions. We had a really nice time and would definitely go back. We were the only English there.

I already inform them that the couple are new married but they didn’t care

All of it the staff is rude , and bad service They changed from all-inclusive that we paid for to full board and made a new policy for it the check in time is not accurate

The location is breathtaking, a lot of wonderful pools by the ocean. And the view is wonderful.Friendly staff Variety in food

It is not renovated, despite the amazing location a lot of facilities are missing. They can do wonders with that wide oceanfront Housekeeping: unclear schedule

The service especially the one at the cashier. Poorly educated Staff with no sense of service and go get and solving problems mindset. Again cashier not knowing the terms and conditions of their partners, not able to explain them and not finding solution for payments by credit card ? says it all.

Pool and food was the only think that meet my expectations.

Staff looks a little bit lost, don't know to support properly. I asked for a taxi at 6:00am a day before, normally they promised that this is not a problem to organise, but next morning they were not able to call a taxi, so I was with security on the gate waiting random taxi that occasionality passed by. They gave me a bungalow instead of room, with no WIFI, not clean, poor TV channels choice, accommodation that should be totally refurbished. This is far away of European of Middle East 4star standards.

The facilities, the beach, the pools. The animation team are very good. I really enjoyed the dance lessons and step aerobic.

Lack of salt and pepper pots. Groups of people get priority.

Animation, Facilities and Beach are Excellent. Pools and Pool toilets all very clean. Plenty of sun beds with mattresses

Waiters not very present. Forget your request, lack of salt and pepper. Some rooms need refurbishment.

Lack of safety, broken tiles everywhere especially around pool areas. While some staff are professional and friendly the majority including management are rude and unhelpful.The hotel should not be 4 star rated.The beach is full of seaweed and is not clean.
