The location was perfect and in a quiet location. The staff were all really helpful and attentive. There was an issue with our shower not working when we arrived but this was fixed immediately. We enjoyed the food and there was plenty of choice. We would stay again. Thank you

I was the second time in this hotel and in comparison to my stay 2 years ago the service and conditions have become much worse. The cleaning in my room was made badly - there were hair from previous guests in the bathroom. I had all inclusive and before there was available wide range of drinks all day long and now it was just one “cocktail of the day.” I also saw several times big cockroaches in the dining area which is unacceptable. The water in the swimming pool could also be warmer considering quite fresh temperature outside. I also asked a room with the ocean view in advance and accepted an extra fee to get it, but had a room with no view. All in all, this hotel in my opinion can consider only 3 stars with great reserve.

Great hotel with good price. Nice rooms, quiet place. Good daily activities. Nice continental breakfast. Clean pool with plenty of chairs. Very close to the sea, shops, restaurants, coffee shops. Bus stops around, also not hard to find a parking place for your car around the hotel. Reception 24/7

The staff were wonderful, however there were multiple issues with the room. The bath drain was blocked with other guests hair, meaning every time I showered I was standing in water up to my ankles within seconds. There is mould around the sealant in the bath. I plugged in something to charge, came back an hour later and it was infested with tiny bugs coming out of the socket. And the shower curtain is not screwed into the wall. It fell on my head while I was showering.

The breakfast was good, everything you would expect. The dinner was good and not the same every night. The location is great, right by the beach, a bus stop and a convenience store.

My room did not get sun on the balcony because it turned to the north and the mountain blocked the morning sun. I would have paid more to get sun on the balcony so it would be good to have that in the description for the room.But the hotel, location, food, staff was great, everything was great.

The dining room had a good variety of dishes/food. The staff are amazing. Really friendly.

The location is a bit far out and the lack of a beach nearby.

Bathroom needs a lot of attention. Cracked tiles etc and very dated. Bath tub had lots of chips too and an old style curtain pole that kept falling down.

Good location, in quiet street. Hotel is modern,a good size-not too big and rooms are really spacious; although fairly basic were nice and clean with very comfortable beds. We found the rooms to be nice and quiet. It was good there was a fridge in the room and a kettle which we appreciated even though we were AI, often prefer to have tea and coffee in the room. This is a good standard 3 star hotel. Staff are lovely and very helpful apart from only two we encountered, but you can get that anywhere. The hotel put on an amazing Hogmany party with great entertainment and fabulous band who we had heard there earlier in the week, which both my partner and I really enjoyed-thank you.

Reasonable choice in buffet and always something to have, but food was Luke warm at best and needs to be kept hot. The ridiculous €1 deposit for a plastic drinking tumbler to be reused and carry about is annoying. This is supposed to be an eco measure which I appreciate, however these should be replaced and offer of different type of glass, eg wine glass, not everyone wants to drink wine from a beaker.It seems more to ensure guests order one drink at a time and return tumblers to bar to save tables being cleared and tumblers being washed frequently, not sure how hygienic that actually is.

Reasonably priced. Very good internet access. The location is very good with a short walk north or south to bars, restaurants and activities. The staff are very friendly and accommodating.

There is very little in the way of soundproofing. Noise pollution from other rooms was too high.The rooms are not equipped at all. No tea/coffee making facilities, iron etc…The lower level of the hotel had a very strong smell of sewage which made using the gym difficult for any length of time.The food needs to improve. There is a lack of fresh vegetables and fruit. Most salad options are pickled and processed. If you are unlucky enough to be at the rear of the hotel then the road is noisy and a lot busier than you would expect. The bins are located here and are emptied between 11pm and 1am most nights.

Great location! Few minutes away from playa de la arena beach (black volcanic sand thats soft)Great value for money would be an understatement! We went all inclusive for €70pp/day Id say thats more then a bargain for 3 meals, 2 snacks and reusable cups for local drinks. Food is above decent for 3 stars, everything we tried was tasty.Staff is amazing and I wasn't expecting entertainment in the evenings so here is a shoutout to Ruben who's bingo and karaoke nights wwere so fun that the second left us voiceless and to Brian who made us some lovely Brian's signature cocktails.Reception staff was more then amusing and welcoming so Id like to thank them too for the birthday lollies I found in our room when we checked in.

Loud evenings heard from Los Gigantes Hotel. The night ceremonies were loudly heard from Los Gigantes hotel. Luckily not every evening. But Los Gigantes Hotel should respect other hotel's silence and not shout to the microphone (they call it as a party???) the whole night from their terrace.

This hotel was clean and try and be as eco friendly as possible. The staff were lovely and CoCo and his entertainment were great. Food was good but very samey, I’ve definitely had worse but I had had enough but the end of the week.

No smoking I didn’t realise when I booked, not the end of the world but a bit annoying.

Cleaning every day, spacious room with amazing view, good cocktails on all inclusive, food on buffet like homemade, helpfull staff, just a few minutes walking to beaches.

Room really exceeded our expectations, was very spacious and clean. No problems with that at all. Breakfast was pretty much the same everyday, tasty food, plenty of choice. Location of the hotel is great, very close to the beaches, restaurants and shops.
