Food options plentiful but had very little gluten free options and if they did have them they were not restocked. Our room was nice and clean but worn, missing paint, spots in shower, overall just needs a little refresh.

Lovely place to stay. Bit far from airport but excellent shuttle service!(€12.00)

Fantastic, modern, clean. Very big open areas and plenty of light. Wonderful staff in ALL areas of the hotel. Quiet in the night despite being busy during the evening. Great variety in the buffet.

Wifi in room 420 a little weak at times but I could live with it.

Friendly staff and exceptional service: thanks to the receptionist Daniel my holiday has started very well since the first step I took into the hotel. Lunch grill restaurant is highly recommended;) and the waiters there take such good care if there guests! The infinity pool for those with platinum stay has a great view. Not just there is a beach close by, but also natural baths right in the ocean (30 min walk). Balconies are huge with a marvelous ocean view. What else would you wish for?!:-) big thanks.

Beautifully laid out interior and exterior areas of the hotel, that used the landscape and light very well to enhance the whole ambience of the place. The rooms have everything you might need, were spacious, very clean and comfortable, and the mattress on the bed was excellent. Great location overlooking the beach, which easy access to all the local amenities- especially the walkway along the coast to Los Gigantes. And bus stops very close to the hotel. Great airport shuttle bus service at an excellent price.

Sometimes during peak service times in the buffet restaurant, the tables were not being cleared and re-set in a timely manner. Often the servers that were working were so busy, that it was hard to get their attention to place your order for drinks. I could see the staff were very busy, running around trying to do everything, so I wondered if perhaps it was a shortage of staff issue?

This is an easy review. This place was perfect! I was looking for an effortless escape with sunshine, and that's exactly what I got from this hotel. All the staff were friendly and attentive, and you could tell they were genuinely happy to be there and wanted to make sure you had a great stay.There was a gentleman (well dressed staff member, assume a manager) walking around the hotel speaking to guests and he was genuinely interested in how guest's stays were (not in an annoying feedback request way). The food was amazing and such a huge variety in the buffet. The one night I had a booked dinner at the restaurant, it was delicious and super fast service. Also very kind and attentive staff. The room was great! Lots of room and an amazing view from the balcony. There was also a pillow menu(!) which was just a cherry on top. Highly recommend the platinum. Worth it in my view.

Restaurant

The platinum club is a bit of a marketing trick . They advertise a specialised platinum check in - didn’t happen - the desk was closed . They advertise robes slippers and welcome pack in the room- didn’t happen . When I gave the feedback at reception the guy could not have been less interested . I suppose he knows that another department will send a message to say sorry and that they will take on board my feedback - but that’s no good to me after money has been paid for a service that wasn’t provided . I wouldn’t bother paying the extra money for platinum club - you don’t get much more for it . Pool boys were quite rude too - he told me I had to go all the way back to my room to get my towel card before he could go e me a towel . As if a platinum club guest is going to steal a towel ! .

A remarkable hotel, nicely located within a pleasant seaside town, but having the feel of a luxury resort. The interior of the hotel is spectacular with grand, spacious interiors and a nicely designed outdoor space with two large pools surrounded by well maintained, mature plants and trees. The restaurant and snack bars serve a good variety of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is a small gym with a variety of slightly aging machines, and a small spa area where you can get a reasonably priced massage. Rooms are spacious with large beds and a good size balcony. The staff were noticeably friendly and seemed to enjoy and take pride in their work.

I would not use the car rental service again. The car I was given was old and after driving it for an hour I found it had a number of defects. When I called the numbers I was given, there was no answer and no one replied to the messages I left. When I stopped at one of the company’s offices, it was closed. If I’d had a genuine emergency I would have been quite distressed.The machines in the gym could do with an upgrade. The one cycling machine was broken.

Wide choices for meals, wonderful sea views, comfortable rooms and perfect location in the city

Brilliant location, very close to several landmarks that are a must to visit in Tenerife, right next to Los Gigantes, close to Masca and an hour by car to Teide. Great pools, great food, nice staff and it's right next to the beach of Playa de la Arena with black sand. A great value for money option for those who are seeking a good all inclusive stay.

We spent wonderful time in this hotel.We had spacious room with amazing view. Hotel is located in one the most beautiful place in Tenerife,close the Clifs Los Gigantes and Playa La Arena.The staff is incredible. They’re working very hard but they are always smiling.We love warm swimimg pools and night’s shows.

Some rooms and baths need renovation.

Staff were incredible, helpful and friendly. Hotel was lovely and clean, lots of options for food, drink, pools, seating etc.

I stayed over New Year and there was a huge party on NYE that went on into the early hours, directly under my hotel room. I was there for a relaxing trip and would have perhaps chosen a room further from the party, had I been made aware that it was happening.

The food was great, we took the all inclusive and enjoyed it a lot.I liked the area which was not as busy as Adeje and the south of the island. The staff were helpful and the beds were very comfortable. The Arena beach (5 minute walk) from the hotel is gorgeous!

The bathroom was dated and could use a renovation. The rest of the room was fine. We had a balcony overlooking Los Gigantes which was beautiful.
