- Room 506 (fifth floor)- When trying to close the door when leaving the floor has to use a key card to close it not just able to push the handle door -Located right next to the elevator -The wall were thin could hear everythingGot - Got woken up at 4am by staff (sounded like they were setting up for breakfast). It’s a good thing my baby can sleep through anything. - The door frame was coming off its hinges - Room had smell that was coming from the bathroom drains that hits you right in the face when you walk in - Duvet has stains on there- Bathroom, hair in the shower drain - Due to the rooms location, the door lock felt uneasy and uncomfortable when trying to sleep. - WiFi was bad, kept on buffering - TV was unusable - hotel location is located in an ideas spot As I was only there for 14 hours. I didn’t complain, if I was staying for more than one night, I definitely would have insisted on changing my room.
