Location, clean room...

Not sleeping well for 2 nights due to two different guests' disturbances.No amenities like water, coffee, tea or a kettle in the rooms.

Location was close to metro for transportation and breakfast was decent but repetitive.

Bed was hard and Shower water was scorching, no laundry services were available even though the room had a flyer behind door with laundry accommodations. Our room key kept getting unprogrammed so we kept having to ask for assistance to get access.

Great location. It is an older hotel rated only 2* but much cleaner and better value than many 4* hotels. Even that breakfast wasn’t a buffet with 2 choices of sandwiches and something sweet, juice and coffee you’ll feel pretty full.

At a moment it was under construction and unfortunately not all stuff members spoke English

The beds were hard and there were no extra pillows available.

Staff was super friendly, and they really did their best with a smile and courtesy. The hotel itself is easily accessible by metro and by tram. There is also a huge parking lot nearby, but it seems mostly busy. It is not easy to find another affordable hotel in Barcelona, and the staff in this hotel was nicer than in another 4* hotel that I stayed in a year ago. In summary, because of the staff and convenient connections, I would stay longer if I could :)

The room is not bad for an inexpensive hotel, but the bathroom would need some refreshing.

It was clean, good located and toiletries were refilled daily

I was overcharged by the property for city tax, despite booking's guarentee of final price. Room was dark, there was no light on the ceilings, only on the walls and one of the bulb was not working.

Staff was friendly and helpful, they have a little bar/cafe with an outdoor terrace area which was nice to relax and have a drink. Room was clean, and comfortable (albeit on the smaller side).

Location is ok. food is excellent. Service was ok .

From location to accessability, building cleanliness to quality of hotel and the breakfast- everything was disappointing! Do not recommend for this price. 1 star overall

Everything is fine except..you cannot sleep at night if your room window opens towards the highway as the cooling is not sufficient and if you open the window.. it's constantly noisy from the highway...

As others mention close to highway. I didn't realise window was ajar so noisy. Would probably have been better had I closed the window tight. Hotel was clean, staff were great. Good value.

Easy parking and good location

The bed was too small.

The parking is not in the same building as the hotel. It’s just an open space without a roof, outdoors, with metal gates that you have to open and close yourself. And on top of that, it’s an extra charge that is not included in the booking price.

Everything. I knew it was a 2 star with 7.1 rating but expected better. Not their fault but walls are thin as well and neighbours were up all night until 6 am. Staff were very apologetic and refunded our 2nd night and went somewhere else

The location is a bit far from the metro station and city center. Also the breakfast was a little poor.

Lovely typical Spanish breakfast (coffee, juice and something sweet). The staff was friendly and helpful. The area was cheap and peaceful but not to far from the main attractions so would definitely recommend staying there to save some money
