The hotel has helpful staff, comfortable beds and a good breakfast to fill your stomach. The cafeteria provided decent food options, even on Christmas Day.

The location is kind of a sober and windy place with office buildings, but it is next to a park.

Parking space, staff was very helpful and breakfast buffet was good.

Check in/out were super smooth. It was nice and clean.

There was no kettle. Also there was no common toilet in the building.

Staff was rude on several occasions, mostly in regards to breakfast and the food area. Hotel did not have hygiene supplies like shampoo, conditioner, or washcloths. We paid for two days of complimentary breakfasts, but ended up having to leave early unexpectedly the second day (before breakfast had started). We asked for a refund at checkout and they said they couldn’t do anything. I emailed later asking again and they responded that they had offered me a picnic breakfast (which they hadn’t) and that I had told them I was leaving early (I didn’t know until day of) so they wouldn’t give me a refund. Nice facilities, not very impressed with staff.

I arrived at the hotel exhausted after a long trip with my 4Y.O. child, only to be met with one of the worst welcomes I’ve ever experienced. We got there at 11h, fully aware that check-in was later, but I simply asked if we could sit and rest for a moment. Instead of understanding or empathy, the man at reception was incredibly rude and dismissive.To make things worse, the hotel only had two chairs in the lobby – both already occupied – so I walked to the restaurant to sit down quietly. The way the staff looked at us made me feel like a criminal (talking Spanish but clear meaning!) . It was as if they thought we were trying to steal breakfast, despite making it clear that we were just waiting for a room and needed a break. ( you can review cameras!)As a tired family with a small child, this treatment was unacceptable and humiliating. It completely ruined my first impression and frankly, my trust in the hotel’s hospitality.The only saving grace of my stay was Ms NORA (many thanks to her) – a kind and professional staff member who took the time to listen, showed empathy, and helped calm me down. Her kindness should be the standard here, not the exception.

The hotel is located near the metro station. The room is very comfortable. They have a private secure car park. Staff is well trained.

I liked the comfy bed, and the clean bathroom. Standard Ibis hotel franchise. I liked that they changed my room after a leakage in my room and upgraded me to a city view.

The breakfast was too simple that there is no differences from day to day, and the location you need to walk for 10 minutes to get to the metro station.

The staff was friendly and always tried to help. The place is quiet and has good transportation options

So many things... Although the staff was friendly, it was difficult to find people at the counter or in the restaurant... They were simply gone every time I approached the counter or the bar... The room and especially the bed sheets had a strong smell to cigarette smoke. I asked to change them but the new ones had exactly the same scent. The towels seemed to be old, some of them already wearing down (with holes). The breakfast was very limited. It is supposed to work until 10:30 but already at 10:00 almost everything was gone and there were no signs of staff bringing more food (as said, no one around). The quality was okayish... Eggs tasted like plastic, couple of bread toasts, 2 types of cheese and 3 types of ham.

Pleasant Staff, Good Breakfast, Room was larger than expected. The fact we could deposit our luggage after checkout was also very appreciated.

A few minor inconveniences: Water-pressure in the shower was a bit lacking, Coffee-Machine in the breakfast area gave an underwhelming performance.

Licatin. Secure parking. Friendly and helpful staff. Context was agreeable. Near Metro L1 to get to centre. Good breakfast facility, option for dinner too. Good value.

Not enough plu points for devices! Bed lamps are good but too bright. That is it .

A number uf dishes had been removed from the menu, including a burger, hiw can a 100 euro a night hotel not make a burger. Shower head didnt work.

I only had one problem,,people in nearby room loud and up all night so I got no sleep..Staff where made aware of this and yet this situation not stop ..very annoying as I was in late from airport and needed sleep

Clean room, nice view(the one to the city).Breakfast had lots of pastries, decent amount of juice varieties.

Breakfast was poor and identical every day. I didn't like the coffee10 minutes walk from the subway and another 40 minutes to city center.I recommend HolaBarcelona card.
