Staff was great!

Heater could not keep up. Toilet was lose from the floor. Sink top was lose.

Free use of the kitchen with tea/coffee facilities. Strong showers, clean room. Close to the bus station, restaurants and supermarkets.

Strong smell of cigarette smoke.

Great location, superb value for the money. No fuss place with nice bakery just opposite the hotel.

Pretty close to the downtown core. We were there on a Sunday and everything was closed. Otherwise, easy to get around.

No TV.

Somewhere in the middle between the center and the train and bus station. The best restaurant in town is right around the corner.

The room was dirty, the elevator was broken, even though „sometimes it works“. Well, that sounds very safe! ?

this is hotel is a great choice for budget travel. quiet and clean enough with reasonable distance to the main attractions in the city. the personnel are very helpful.

it is not the cleanest hotel that i have stayed in, but it is good enough. during my stay there was problems with the elevator. if you have heavy luggage, you may want to double check if the elevator works before booking a room here. The hotel is great for young travelers or solo travelers who want to have a budget-friendly stay. But I do not recommend the hotel for a romantic stay or for a luxurious stay.

Nice, comfortable room in a good location. It has 2-3 parking spaces, and we were given one. The personnel were very kind and helpful. We asked to check in earlier than the normal time, and we were allowed to.

The room needs renovation.

The room and the location was okay.

They made me pay twice and are not capable of refunding the money. That is a don't.So at the moment I paid the double price for one night. Once with booking.com and once locally at the hotel.

Very close to everything.

The receptionist was not nice at all, she looked bored. When I asked if there was breakfast possibility, she said no. In front of our room there was a room, with a sign on the door that said breakfast upon request, asked the receptionist. There were coffee machine, musli. And when we left we found a very nice lady at the reception who asked us whether we wanted a coffee. But the bigger problem was the big mold on the wall near the airconditioning. And the whole room needed renovation. The elevator was not working.

Great central location. Easy walk from the bus terminal and next to the old town. Restaurants, mini markets, and bus stop nearby. Dated decor.

I booked this hotel because I fancied a reasonable breakfast inclusive deal as a break from self catering apartments. When I arrived it was explained that there were no breakfast facilities or restaurant facilities available. Pictures featuring the property still show restaurant / breakfast

Disappointing

We booked a room for one night stay. This is not a hotel by all standards, instead it appears to be a room rental. Very good location in the centre of Podgorica, rooms are very clean, air conditioned and there is a nice furniture, but poorly maintained. Additional plus is that it is a pet friendly place ?. There is a person at the reception desk until 11om (we were not told of this upon check) and there is no contact in case of emergency. The rooms are located on the first floor of a business center, however they are not separated from the business center so you can see people in the hallway which are not guests. And there is apparently a coffee bar located on the upper floor so you should expect noise until 1am.

Very comfortable place to stay. The location was excellent and the staff was very friendly. They gave us good recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. The room was very comfortable and had a nice view towards the city and mountains.

Easy to find. Quiet yet central location. Welcoming, friendly and professional staff. Spacious, comfortable room where I could relax after days out.

The room was good size and comfortable beds.Clean and nice hotel, also the staff ,Jana was so very polite, very helpful and professional.

The lady at the reception desk - she was very friendly, helpful and always smiling. Shops in the neighbourhood.

The shower wasn't working properly, the lift was broken from the 2nd floor. The frigde was shared between 2 rooms and it was on the balcony.

The staff is very polite, and we requested to see some rooms before deciding if we wanted to stay in, and the owner was happy to do so. She showed us the entire hotel with all the facilities.- the bed was really comfortable, and we had a great night sleep;- the AC saved our lives, so happy it worked so well;- they also give free coffee to anyone who stays in the hotel;

A little traffic noise from the busy road but with the windows closed and the air-conditioning on, it wasn't a problem
