Breakfast was not so good the pastries felt not fresh the juice not natural

This property was very nice and very clean. The included breakfast had a lot of variety and was delicious.

In short, our stay was frustrating, disappointing, and far below the standard we expected.

We specifically booked a room with three large beds, even though we are a group of four, because we valued the extra space and comfort. However, upon check-in, we were only provided a room with two beds, and when I raised this issue at the front desk, I was told that because we are “only four people,” the hotel decided to give us a smaller room. This is completely unacceptable.Moreover, the room itself was far from satisfactory. There was only one mug, two glasses, and the tea bags were scattered and disorganized, as if the room had not been properly prepared. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable, making it nearly impossible to get any rest. The door lock was also broken and could not be used, which raised safety concerns. In short, our stay was frustrating, disappointing, and far below the standard we expected.

The spa was not working on the day of arrival, which we were informed about upon check-in. We were promised it would be working by the next day - only to find out that it was still not working. So upon check-out we had not had a change to use the spa facilities - which was the main reason for us choosing this hotel in the first place. No advance notice, no apologies or alternative offers provided - and this was a beg let-down. In addition the hotel is advertised as a spa hotel - but spa is only open from 18-21 - and nowhere is this information made available. Finally, and perhaps linked to being early in the tourist season, the roof top pool was closed and the roof top terrace not available. This info was only available upon check-in. So all in all - not ideal.

Not much in the end which is really the fault of the property for not wanting to sort out their error.... difficult to imagine such a mess.

The hotel was meant to have a menu offer (buffet or set menu) as indicated when booking the room but it turns out there was no such offer - or they refused to provide it. It looks for ever to try and sort this out as the person at the reception seemed quite reasonable but the owner and the restaurant were problematic. Ended up eating somewhere else, did not have time to enjoy the spa... was just a waste of time and a major aggravation. Only consolation is I had a great meal elsewhere!

The hotel was a true delight, with friendly and professional staff. The accommodation was comfortable. The breakfast was escpecially delicious. Although I didn't use the spa and other extra services, the overall experience was incredibly positive, and I would definitely choose to stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The room was not good, and the spa is in terrible condition—it only has the name “spa” but does not meet the proper standards. Most of the facilities are out of order. Towels and slippers for the spa were missing in the room. Breakfast was not served at all. It was a very bad experience for us. We do not recommend it.

Position of the hotel is great, located on the main road, beach front is few minutes away walking, parking spot secured, all recommendations for future stay

Overall, our stay was comfortable, and the room was satisfactory. However, the bathroom was a bit narrow, which might be an issue for guests who prefer more space. The spa facilities were not operational to their full extent since it wasn't peak season, so that was a bit of a letdown if you're expecting the full experience.Breakfast was good, but I would have appreciated a bit more variety, especially with options like marked vegetarian or pork-free dishes. It would be helpful for those with dietary restrictions or preferences. The hotel still provided a nice atmosphere, but these are some areas for improvement to enhance the guest experience.

One major issue we had was the pigeons around our room. There were quite a few perched above, and unfortunately, the mess they left behind on the terrace and outside the room really affected the overall atmosphere. It would have been much more pleasant if that had been better managed, especially considering the location.The ceiling had slopes that were low in some areas. On one occasion, I hit my head quite hard, which was painful. I can only imagine that taller guests might face the same issue or worse, so I’d recommend being extra cautious in those rooms.

The place advertising that it has a spa. It turns out that it is open about 2 hours in the afternoon and when we arrived we were told it is closed already, although in the elevator it was written different hours. We made the booking in order to use the spa facilities. We had to stay a few more hours in the morning just to use the small pool on the roof for the kids that we had better used the evening before.Even though the booking said it includes ALL FEES AND TAXES, we received a message caliming additional charge of the city tax, and we had to pay this addition, or they would not check us in.The receptionist saw the information but could not do anything even though she agreed with us.The room was not very clean, and the sofa bed was in a weird shape that was hard to sleep on.

No big issues, everything as expected. Spacious room and very nice shower. Breakfasts are about what you'd expect at other hotels. Handy pool on the roof.

Unpleasant smells in the kitchen drawers and cupboards. Small parking lot leading into a very busy street. Some waiters seemed very annoyed with their job, but nothing personal. The hotel is plagued by pidgeons that leave feces on the balconies and on the roof loungers.

Kind staff, especially reception team. Nice front terrace with bar. Good breakfast.

The room was small even for two persons and for three of us too small. Sofa bed for a third person is actually soft chair transferred into a tiny bed. Evendough bed linen was clean, the rest of the room was not, especially ugly carpets and ungles of shower cabine. Elevator didn't work, water in the room was only technical, not for drinking and hotel do not provide even a small bottle of drinkable water. Beds are very narrow and pretty unconfortable.

Very friendly and helpful staff, ample breakfast and good location. The room was small, but well appointed. Little balcony overlooks the marina and the sea. 4th floor has a nice area with sofas and umbrellas if you need to wait for the check-in or after the checkout.

The elevator wasn't working around check-in and check-out time. Though the staff helped us with the bags. The spa area is large, but sauna is very weak and the hammam is steamy and cold.
