Hotel Eleven

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming.The location was perfect — close to everything but still quiet and peaceful. I truly enjoyed my experience and would definitely come back again. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and great service!Greeting from Albania ❤️??

Breakfast was good, they should put the ingridients of the breakfast there because i accidentally ate pork as a muslim.

The staff werent coordinated at all, i got overcharged, i still have the receipt where a room cost me 400€ when i booked it for 363€ on booking, there i got an additional room which i had to because i already selected 2 rooms but they told me it was just one but we came to conclusion that it was a system error, that night when i got another room they let me know that the price is the same for 2 rooms so i didnt have to pay anything extra. When the checkout comes another staff tells me that its not actually the same price and i needed to pay for the extra room which is okay but they also overpriced the room i had already booked through airbnb, leaving us no choice but to pay we made the payment and left.

Fantastic and helpful staff. The hotel is in a great location just minutes from the promenade and restaurants. The breakfast has a huge variety of hot and cold dishes. The room was so clean and had a huge balcony. There is also a lovely pool. The onsite parking was a great bonus. We would definitely recommend this hotel. Great stay!

Nothing it’s great!

We were living in the ground floor appointment. It was very convenient with a baby. We had a kitchen with some equipment, which was mostly enough, had access to the swimming pool, and had own street exit. Nice swing for the kids. It was very quiet, blackout curtains, a/c, a comfortable wide bed, and a super clean bed linen. Ladies came for cleaning daily and did their job perfectly. No smells, clean floor. Staff is super helpful and friendly. We felt like at home with them. Beach access is very easy, lots of restaurants nearby, weekend farmers market in 5 min walk, and 3 or more supermarkets not far from.We were very happy there. Strongly recommend!We had a car for the whole stay so we saw lots around but for short stay it's not mandatory

There is left construction on the way to the beach, but the hotel can do nothing with it. It didn't disturb us at all.

The bed was a little uncomfortable but I am fussy and also I would have liked a better standard of coffee in the morning

Great location close to the beach but very quiet. Lovely to see the mountains around from the pool and balcony.

The staff was very helpful and nice. When asked, they provided all - extra madras for baby cot, extra dishes and kitchen mixer when we wanted to make pancakes in the room. Overall the service was excellent.

Great location, really clean and lovely staff

The pool is more for adults as there is a no jumping in rule. Can be a bit tricky with kids but can understand why they have done this as the space isn’t very big

The room was lovely, very clean with a comfy bed, nice shower and great balcony looking out on the pool. The pool was nice too and was an easy walk down to the town centre and beach. The staff were also great and very friendly and helpful when it came to local tips, booking taxis and restaurant suggestions.

The breakfast was ok

The staff are extremely helpful and always smiling. The rooms are large and spacious, nice bathrooms. Everything seemed new and very well maintained even though the hotel is 6 years old. Super delicious breakfast with a very good coffee. Every day there were new delicious cakes or bread to taste. The hotel was extremely clean well cooled down. The pool area is very cosy even though the pool is not that big, but who needs a pool when Luchice beach is in walking distance from the hotel :-)

I can't think of anything negative to say about this hotel.

Clean and stylish hotel with private parking

The hotel is immaculately clean, all the staff so friendly, welcoming & helpful. They lent us beach towels and organised a trip to Lake Skadar. It was postponed 3 days running because of the weather, but we got there eventually - they tried so hard on our behalf. It's an easy walk to the sea where there are loads of restaurantsMy personal highlight were the local cats! Towels and sheets changed regularly, room always cleaned while we were at breakfast.

The pool doesn't get the sun until at least 12 but that's a minor comment. I didn't particularly like the coffee from the machine, again, personal taste, everyone else seemed to cope!

Dear Hotel Eleven, thank you for your hospitality! I really enjoyed my stay at your hotel. What I liked the most is the people who work there. They were very welcoming, warm, friendly and helpful. I enjoyed every small conversation and i am especially grateful for accommodating my requests of early morning breakfast packages to go, which were delicious. The breakfast was very tasty and I especially liked omelette. The room is big and clean. The location of the hotel is great, it is close to two main beaches: Petrovac and Lucica. Thanks so much for a great welcome and I would definitely stay again at your hotel!

Hotel is new, staff efficient and helpful, location is good

Mosquitoes appear to enter through the ventilation system, hardly slept due the mosquito bites/fly bys. I must have killed 8. Did not managed to sleep at all. Balcony door was closed all night that's why I assume ventilation system is to blame.

Cozy newly built hotel. Staff is very friendly, located nearby 3 beaches, shops, supermarkets and restaurants. Absolutely worth its money. Breakfast was decent.

All the staff was very kind and so professional.The meals : breakfast and dinner were amazing.I recommend this address !!
