Everything was great! The food, locations and atmosphere. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Nothing. I do not have any complaints.

The staff absolutely amazing and kind. We enjoyed the breakfast with the view in the morning and the view from the room as well. The studio was well equipped, spacious and comfortable. We will be back in the future for sure.

I could only suggest the soundproofing more the room as at night you could hear the guest from the room above.

The location was good and the reception staff were very friendly.

Unfortunately the spa was full of young children who were jumping in and out of the pool and screaming. Some of the guest were smoking electronic cigarettes around the pool. It wasn't at all relaxing. Our room was in the annexe building and we could hear the lift going up and down all night. Also there was a very noisy party taking place above us and we didn't get any sleep. A very disappointing stay.

Amazing sea views, wonderful spa, nice studio, good food. The room was upgraded to a better one free of charge, with a nicer view - I appreciate that, cause the view from our balcony was truly stunning!

Unfortunately, there was no internet connection in the room. At the restaurant, however, the wifi was working well. That’s the only disappointment I have about our stay there.

Quite disappointing considering the price you pay. The spa area was completely packed. A lot of screaming kids and no one is keeping the peace basically mess. Breakfast extremely poor, 2 small tables with only minimal options for breakfast, weird sausages in floating in water no bacon or anything like that, coffee machine is very old and bad, juices are very sweet and fake. Employees also come to eat breakfast and they are quite loud and unprofessional. People smoking heated cigarettes at the indoor breakfast area.If you are staying in annex building note that you will need to go to the main building across the street for breakfast and spa use.

Location is perfect, with spectacular view of the sea and sunset. Staff is helpful, buffet breakfast provides filling meal. Spa area is good enough, one of the pools is suitable for little children. All pools are very warm, sauna is hot and pleasant. Near the spa area there is playing room with staff, where you can leave child free of charge.

Sofa bed in living room was uncomfortable to sleep on due to a sagging mattress. Also there were no hooks in entryway to hang our clothes

Excellent stay, with some amazing sea views! Delicious breakfast with a lot of variety. Rooms were also very spacious and clean. Highly recommended.

We went during the off-season in March and still the Spa area was crowded, we couldn't enjoy it properly as there were kids running around, etc. And if the hotel is full, the SPA access would feel more chaotic.

We loved everything about the location, the scenery, the rooms, the toilets was clean, the free sauna and pool , the gym was beautiful and OMG, the staffs were very lovely. We travelled from the Uk and had no plug, the staffs charged our phones and gave us 2 spare charger. It was beautiful overall

We had a fantastic stay! The room was big, comfortable, and had a wonderful view. The staff was both professional and friendly, making us feel truly welcome. The atmosphere was cosy, and the superb dinner exceeded our expectations. The spa area was excellent—perfect for relaxation.We also took advantage of the attractive spring package, which included both breakfast and dinner, making our stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely come again!

The sauna wasn't hot. The soundproof in the room might be improved.

The service was amazing, the whole staff is friendly and very very helpful. The waiters at the restaurant were so active and amazing. The hotel was nice and comfortable. The food exceptional.

The only thing we didn't like was that you could not get a couples massage together, you had to go 1 by 1. Since it was a S.Valentines trip we would like to have the possibility

Unfortunately the facilities in the spa didn’t work properly,it was crowded in the spa all the time we’ve been there ,the changing room is very small Our room was in the other building, it wasn’t convenient to come back to the room after the spa in the rainy season

I'm local but never been there till now. Will come back for sure. Us locals can be very proud that we have such an amazing place in our town. Pool, sauna, jakuzzi were perfect. Every corner of the place is clean, breakfast was the best I've ever had (and I've been everywhere really haha). I fully recommend this place no matter where are you from.

We stayed at the hotel for my wife's birthday. The hotel is simply amazing!!! This is one of the best hotels we have stayed at. Large and spacious rooms, huge bed, modern and comfortable bathroom, large balcony overlooking the sea. The hotel employees are kind and welcoming, always willing to help. The hotel has a spa, jacuzzi, sauna and salt room. The breakfast is excellent and even the restaurant in the hotel. We had an outstanding experience! Highly recommend staying at this hotel

The bed in one of the bedrooms in the 3-room apartment was too short. My hight is 1.54cm but my feet were not fully on the bed when I lay down?
