Beautiful sea view.Comfortable and clean room.SPA

Good location, "own beach"

The shower stall was moldy. The cleaning ladies were grumpy, and usually just kept pressing their mobile phones, pushing forward in the elevator, I could hardly believe it. At night, music was playing loudly from the loudspeaker in front of the hotel door in the lobby, I had to wake up and tell to the receptionist to turn it off

The view is beautiful

None of the staff seemed happy to be there, or to have us there. The curtains in the hotel didn’t work, beds were average. I would consider this more of a 2 start hotel. Beach was covered in garbage—unlike the pictures.

Comfortable room, with an amaizing view. Great experience in the Spa, giving you option to unwind and relax. Good variety at the Buffet and great food choices in A La Carte restaurant, with frendly staff. Overall, very enjoyable stay.

Location

We didn't had water for couple of hours during the stay, apartments didn't had any kitchen appliances, small elevators not suited for baby stroller made our stay imosible. Just to be clear we left the hotel during the day for check in and asked for refund. Prob going to involve authorities if no response was given.

Wow and well, where do I begin. This is categorically, definitely an indubitably the best hotel we have ever stayed at ever. ?❤️‍? We have stayed at many hotels over our travels and this by far is the best. ??It's not just the best because of the hotel itself, the rooms are impeccable and also the best room we've ever stayed in with the most beautiful views of the sea and a double balcony. Not just for the amazing spas and swimming pools here. It is truly for the level of care, kindness and love shown by everybody who works here. I don't truly know where to begin with our "thank yous" for everyone. ?Firstly Jovana, David and Jasmina on the front desk and everybody else who works there, Tijana, Elza and Svetlana (for her wonderful massage too) and to the bar/restaurant staff and maids (with the best cocktails) and Igor, Andrea, Milica, Milena and Anna and to the chef Stefan (who cooked us THE best Sea food platter we have ever eaten), the managers and everybody else I may have missed, sorry if I did. You all deserve a raise in salary and are by far the best team individually and as a group! ????You have made our stay the best ever.❤️‍? We were only staying for a short while but stayed longer because of you all, your care and love, compassion, kindness and help have all been amazing. Thank you to you all and we will be back again soon. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Thank you. ???

Nothing - everything was great.

It was very short stay during our business trip in Montenegro. Room was upgraded, meaning hotel kept promise from the time of booking. View was fantastic.Not to forget, staff was very kind.All in all, very satisfactory experience.

Nothing of particular importance.

Reception was friendly and attentive. The room was comfortable , with a big balcony and sea view. SPA was very nice, everything there in good condition, we were lucky that it was not so crowded. Also there a good gym with a lot of equipment. The restaurant at the first floor was good and tasty seafood.

There was no drinking bottle of water and no kettle with tea and coffee in the room. Also an electric socket in the bathroom was out of order. Breakfast is untill 10:00, we came at 09:30 and most of the food was already eaten, there was a bid group of asian tourists who took kilograms of food on their tables but left it and did not eat it, so no food for other people after them, and restaurant staff also did not bring new food or maybe its not their fault because food is just finished after this group of asian tourists , but we have what we have

Perfect weekend getaway! The personnel was very kind and at disposal the whole time. Rooms are spacious and clean. The menu in the restaurant is diverse and the food is exceptional. 10/10 experience. ✨️

Great staff working in the hotel. Compliments to F&B Director Miro who has great personality and he is very helpful. Hotel is located very close to the beach and center of Sutomore. Great food variety on the buffet line and excellent choices in A La Carte restaurant.

elevator, internet in the hotel are very bad and paying too much attention to Ukrainian tourists staying in the hotel. they were given all the attention and courtesy, as if they were billionaires from the Emirates.I will never visit again

Great location, very close to the sea. SPA facilities, pool, sauna. Great view to the sea side. Staff is always trying to being helpful, they helped me to arrange a surprise bday gift for my friend. Room was spacious with big balcony. Breakfast buffet was good as well. Restaurant downstairs is great, food is delicious.

Only two small lifts, they are constantly busy and cleaners were cleaning them at 10am when people were checking out or leaving breakfast, you also can't use them to go up from the 2nd or 3rd floor so we had to go down first to get to the 9th floor. Floors in the room were not cleaned properly during the stay. We had a dead bug on the floor for 3 days before it was removed.Not directly related to the hotel, but it is useful to know: Sutomore is a tiny tourist city with lots of people, and there was very loud music every night till 1am

When I booked the room, I chose to pay at property but the staff still tried to withdraw money from my account without my permission. The car park is expensive.

The hotel is located close to the sea, but to get to the beach you have to go outside the hotel and walk about 150 meters along the promenade. Our room was located on the 9th floor, so we had a beautiful view of the Gulf and the Sutomore Coast - this is the best point of this hotel.The breakfast was quite varied, the service was nice and helpful. The ladies at the reception were friendly and spoke good English.

The biggest minus was the elevator, which was quite old and very slow.The hotel has a private beach for guests, but it is also used by people from outside the hotel. We were told by receptionist that we can use any sunbed and is included already for us. Then at the beach we had several conversations with the gentleman guarding the sun loungers because he was reserving them "for someone" (he charged €25) by leaving white notes on the sun loungers and we was asked as hotel guests to sit in further rows...Additionally, information for future guests: Sutomore is a very crowded and noisy town. We were on holiday in July and at that time there are real crowds there. Loud music is played in every restaurant from 10 p.m. to 1 a.m., creating a real commotion. Forget about chilling on the beach in the evening. The noise is unbearable…However, if you like this type of atmosphere, the hotel is a good place to stay.Montenegro is a developing country, there is construction and new facilities near the hotel. At the same time, there are great inconveniences associated with it: noise and garbage. Undoubtedly, this is a place with great potential, which in the next dozen or so years has a chance to develop in terms of tourism to the level of other Mediterranean countries.
