Good location from the airport and the breakfast is nice. Big clean rooms.

Pillows were too thick for me. I ended up using bath towels instead.

Great stuff, very hospitable place, clean and comfortable room.

Breakfast was ok. Hotel is far from center. Staff was unhelpful. We asked about a market or restaurant close by - were told there was nothing. Another patron told us where a supermarket was only a twelve minute walk away. We wanted to have a glass of our own wine in the dining area (which was empty) but were told we could not. NO place to sit and enjoy a quiet drink and some potato chips.

Train staff to be more helpful and pleasant.

For the price we paid this place has exceeded our expectations.The staff is nice and very hospitable. The place is quiet and clean. Breakfast is good ,you can order different types (sweet or salty breakfast) of your taste from the manu.We got even a better room than we have booked.Even though the hotel is a little far from the city center I would definitely return here.

Positive: Room was quiet. And big, bigger than we needed indeed. When I was carrying luggage one of the staff offered to help as it was 3 long flights of stairsThat's about it

For a big room - ONE TINY air con unit. It was a scorching day and the hotel did not bother to pre-cool the room. I checked and it was 34 C IN the room at check in.It finally got under 27 C by MIDNIGHT!I did mention this to a staff person and he said maybe we can move rooms, but not followed upWould not even offer a cool water or anything to help, had to pay 2x the market price (because they are a restaurant)Bathroom has a GIANT water heating tank in a very awkward placement, begging to be run into, especially in the darkAnd because the room is in the attic, ceiling slopes, meaning if you are tall, you WILL bump your head.Staff was a bit short at check in. Check location in is not clear, it is actually in the bar.Nobody greets you until you go past multiple tables of people eating.We asked for an earlier to-go breakfast and while I understand that it is an extra request, the staff member could have politely said, sorry, we do not have that option, instead she answered with disgust.Parking lot is not marked, not secured, is outside the fence of the hotel, and is not even paved (rolling luggage is impossible)

The hotel looks quite run down, with no elevator to begin with. We arrived quite late that night from Shkodër in Albania, just when we arrived we couldn't even see the hotel, it looks like a medical store. The hotel was just next to a bar restaurant. I went in and ask, and it looks like there is only one girl who is doing everything from cooking, serving customers in the restaurants as well as helping us in check in. There is simply no reception anywhere. So she literally just pass us out keys and just let us help ourselves, and return to her work. The hotel should seriously invest in hiring more staffs. Not until we reached the room, very basic with just two beds. Hot water was not turned on. We asked the only girl in the whole building to come up again, and she pressed a buttob for the water heater, asked us for 20 minutes. Opps... it was the wrong button, so the hot water didn't come. We have to ask again, and then the hot water finally come, but only for 10 mins until it becomes cold again. We just thought, ok, it is fine as we only stay one night... But the hotel said it had all these awards and good reviews, but sorry it was a far cry from that. The previous nights in Albania we stayed at some really good hotels, and when we reached here, it Das a huge disappointment.

needs a renevotion. i think it's family business, so there was a single young lady to serve for the diner and also for check in.the hotel is not too big. so it wasn't a problem for us.we stayed in the first floor. so other guests passing by our door and had all the noises

The room was cozy and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast is plentiful and we even got a piece of delicious cake (on the house).

Very bad breakfast with hardly any options to choose from. The heating in the room didn’t work. I saw a big lizard sitting on top of my suitcase. Terrible.

The style matched the photos and had a unique atmosphere that gave us the impression of travelling back in time. The restaurant downstairs was perfect and made us feel like we were somehow living in 1970!Very friendly staff Darko and Marco often ordered taxis for us and could communicate with us in English smoothly.

Nothing, everything was perfect for a honeymoon trip

The hotel was very clean and the room comfortable. We booked for 2 adults and 1 child and the room we were given was very spacious. The staff at the hotel were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. We booked with breakfast and this was huge with a very good menu selection. The hotel is great value for money and we would return again.

The hotel was quite far from the centre, but we knew this when we booked it. This isn't a complaint, but more for information. The walk into the centre takes around 45 minutes.

Stairs, if you are young and healthy its fine, but it was not easy for me to climb those stairs, and hallway was little confusing, also theres no iron in the room
