Hotel New Star

The location was good for where I had to go. The staff were all nice and hospitable. The breakfast was good.

You have to walk through the lounge to get into the hotel and the lounge is smoker friendly. This made the hotel smell of cigarettes. the room I checked into smelled of smoke and when I requested to change they told me there wasn't anything available. When I mentioned leaving for another hotel, they found me a new room. The cleaning service doesn't pay attention to the "do not disturb" sign. I always seem to hear music coming from somewhere, but there was no music playing. The corner rooms bathrooms are too small. the door hits the toilet and doesn't open all the way.

There was no balcony even though it was stated as a room with balcony and it was the reason why i selected this hotel. No kettle/ or coffee machine in the room and lastly the breakfast quality was so poor.

The hotel is located near the Clock Tower (Stara Varoš neighborhood). The city center can be reached on foot in 10-15 minutes. The hotel is clean and the staff is very friendly.The breakfast was excellent.

Montenegro has many, many smokers. It is a very lovely hotel and my second visit, but there is a lot of cigarette smoke inside the hotel building because the door to the smoking section of the bar/restaurant is open to the rest of the restaurant, the lobby, and because of the open design, smoke even makes it to the top floor. Although there is supposed to be no smoking in the rooms, our room smelled of smoke. When home, we washed even the clean clothes we'd packed because they had a smoke odor. Smoke bothers me, and I would love it if this issue could be resolved.

The hotel is in a good location, walking distance from the city centre. It is clean and the staffs were nice.

Unfortunately, although smoking is not allowed some people might smoke.In my room, the AC is not working well and I cannot lock the door. But overall all is good.

decently located, walking distance to central areas of the city. staff was super nice and accommodating (I got there way early for check-in but they didn't make a fuss about it), the hotel is nice and clean and the parking garage is a very handy given the crazy parking situation all over Montenegro...very happy with my stay

The location was near old town and near most of the attractions within the city. The staff were helpful even when I arrived very late.

The breakfast is a joke. We came 1h after it started but there was rarely any bread, the water and juices were completely empty and there was no one to ask for a refill. Also the fruits weren’t fully pealed or brown already.

The hotel is set very near to city center and it meet all the expectation. It looks modern and the room is confortable, you have a parking place on -1 level... Breakfast was great, huge portions. It really is worth the money you pay for it.

Clean and cosy hotel, very central. Members of staff were very kind and helpful.

Good location. My room location was quiet with no noise from outside.

Poor breakfast, the door handle is not user friendly and difficult to open. No plastic shoehorn (shoe helper handled) and shoe polish. At lease small tea cattle and tea, coffee should be at the room, the cost could be added in the room price.

We really enjoy our stay in this hotel, the staff was so friendly, helping with everything. Room was so clean, comfortoble and beautiful view from the balcony.
