Clean, helpful staff, reasonable price, secure parking.

The breakfast far exceeded our expectations. Both the breakfast staff and variety of food was wonderful. We enjoyed the steam room and sauna. Used it both in the evening and morning. Staff was very helpful.

Our electric teapot had a crack in it and leaked water. They did not have a replacement, but we did get water for tea from the restaurant.

Everything, rooms very spacious, the lady in the Reception was very helpful and very kind, she explained to us about the city center. Breakfast was delicious.

Very hot, not too much tourist in Podgorića

Friendly staff, had one of the larger rooms so it was quite spacious.

The location, this hotel is above a car dealership so it's a bit awkward. We also got a parking ticket even though the lot attendant guides us to a specific spot.

We stayed here just one night after our trip so as to be close to the airport, everything was good, staff is helpful and friendly. The gym and spa is a good addition

Large and clean room, with an amazing view to the Montenegrin mountains. ?

The combination with Toyota service is for average guests not the best solution, maybe for Toyota owners. ?

Great hotel with restaurant, steam and dry sauna, very clean and has big terraces for the top floor rooms, probably great for summer to hang out on the terraces.

Jacuzzi was on repair, but other than that all was great ??

Everything, the room was clean and big, the breakfast was excellent, the spa was clean and functional.

Exercise facilities, hot tub, sauna, breakfast included. Good sized rooms and free secure parking.

Hard to find the entrance and difficult to unload.

When we arrived there, the receptionist was very nice and communicative. Then we saw the room, which looked better than the photos. Its was very spacious, clean and cozy. We had a comfortable stay and also enjoyed the spa.

The breakfast was fine but it needed a bit of improvement. The veegies didn't look very fresh. The other part was good

there were no enough mineral water to present. i dont like to ask for anything, i bought water from aroma market. no kettle to heat up water and drink tea.

Location friendly staff and comfort

The staff was fantastic. The front desk staff especially went above and beyond.

It looked like it was close to the bus and train stations but there was no direct route there.

The staff were delightful, really very good hospitality! The hotel was a fairly short taxi ride from the airport, check in was very smooth and they left a handwritten welcome card in my room which was such a nice touch! The room was spacious and comfortable, with an excellent shower. Spa facilities were nice and I had them to myself. I could relax and get a good night's sleep before my onward journey, very glad I booked this hotel.

The chlorine in the jacuzzi is a bit strong and can make your eyes water a bit, but if you sit near the open door this helps. There not much to do in the direct area, so if you're looking for something a bit livelier then you may want to stay closer to town but for my purpose this was fine!

I loved the hotel. Easy to get to from the airport, the only mean of transportation is the taxi, for aprox 10 euros. The hotel is located right across the railway station, but in order to get there, you either take a taxi, ora walk for aprox 1 km ( you have to go under a bridge in order to cross the railway tracks). Next to the train station is the bus station, very well organized, you can take The buses to Budva and Kotor.The downtown is also within a walkable distance, I would say about 2km from the hotel.Returning to the hotel: is located in a building which has stores at the ground. On the front of the building you'll see the Toyota logo. The entrance to the hotel is on the left side of the building. There is a ringing button, ring, and they will open the door for you. After you get inside, on your left side will be an elevator you should take to the second floor, where the reception is. The ladies from the reception where very nice, friendly and helpfull. They also gave me an amazing upgrade for free. The rooms are spacious, elegant, bright. High quality furniture, very comfy matress, very clean everywhere. The restaurant very elegant, with an excelent breakfast. The restaurant is located at the 4th floor. The hotel also has a spa center, located at the 5th floor, with a spaceous jacuzzi, with a hot water just perfect for a relaxation. Overall I had an amazing stay at hotel Aurel, and I highlly recommend It!

Breakfast

The hotel has very problematic parking, even they keep me the slot. Several scoring problem in the shower. The room door was stuck, and we wait for technician to come to resolve the problem.

It is a modern hotel in the Montenegro capital city. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. Also the spa is a nice addition. The room is spacious and very clean. All in all, the hotel itself was a great experience.

There is nothing to do in Podgorica. As much as we liked Montenegro in general, we didn't like this city at all. The balcony was large but not maintained at all. Even some building materials were there.
