Beautifully designed hotel. Private parking.

Bedding and pillows were not very comfortable. Mosquitoes in the room, despite the closed windows.

Location, literally straight line from the airport, and then walking distance from all the pubs and restaurants in the city centre, plus the stadium. The room was spacious, clean, with great climate control. Enough parking and great style in how the lobby and the building looks.

Really small pillows on our first night. No dental care kit and hence no toothpaste on our first night. Not allowing food from outside into the room, not even snacks. The sauna would not heat up above 45°C which was very mild. Staircase is very very slippery and nearly got seriously injured on it.

The staff are accommodating the spa (jacuzzi, swimming pool) are good.

Outdated hotel, TV is not even smart. No bidet. We arrived the toilet is still dirty. They provide the same breakfast everyday. Location not really near with everything.

Everything especially the pool and the Jaccuzi. Though the Jaccuzi had problems working it the last day of our stay.

The waiter in the restaurant should always keep his coffee. Machine clean cause the water of the coffee has a strange aftertaste.

Services was excellent, especially Natasa at the reception/concerige desk was great and extremely helpful.The property overall is pretty.

The location is a bit away from the main areas and the room decor is a bit old fashioned but a good size and clean.The food is okay.

The "small" things... Although we paid for breakfast, we were asked to pay extra for coffee... the alternate coffee was untasteful and only cold milk available.The TV set is very old and complicated to use.

So nice place. Eight years old, but looks brand new wonderful area just 10 minutes. Walk from downtown.

A rare classic hotel. Beautiful rooms, restaurant and lobby. In a leafy part of the city centre. Staff were professional, helpful and friendly. We arrived very early after a 7 day tour in the mountains and we were given a room and had breakfast. The spa is small but wonderful, we had it to ourselves. Great and plentiful breakfast. I would stay here again in a heartbeat, thankyou to the team for making such a wonderful environment.

Comfy room. Helpful staff. Pool and gym were great. Restaurant was excellent.

There were no coffee facilities in our room but on request they arrived immediately. The pillows were very flat.

The hotel looks good and are located at a very peaceful neighbourhood. But please avoid(read my comments below).

I only describe facts, no fabrication. 1. No one at the gate to help with the luggages, both when we checked in and check out;2. The room is super small, not a proper 5-star size3. Miss many basic things in the rooms including kettle, coffee machines, tea bag, or even bottle water. can’t believe this is standard for 5-star, even 3-star hotel have basic things4. The bed is extreme hard, we slept on the boxspring without mattress 5. The pillow is too soft, can’t hold the neck(can check the picture)6. Parking is by the road, outside along with the public parking area

Beautiful hotel, well located, great breakfast, excellent facilities

lovely hotel - beautiful staircase and reception area. Pool is quite small but lovely to have a pool, especially in the summer heat. Staff very friendly - arranged a taxi to the airport for us with no fuss.

Amazing hotel, the place is very charming and people are very nice and welcoming. Great place to stay at Podgorica.

The breakfast was not included, a bit disappointing for a 5 stars hotel.

All of it was grest! Clean, spacious and lovely decor. Large bed. Excellent restaurant food. Great helpful staff.

Bed was really uncomfortable, you could feel every spring in the mattress :(Furniture is a bit outdated.

Big Room, great location, Parking, near the city center, we got good and fast service.

The hotel is located on a very nice and quiet area of the town but everything is close. The building is very beautiful, rooms are comfortable and the service is exceptional.

The shower head keep slipping down to the lowest point which was too low.
