It was so dirty. I found long hair pieces everywhere even on the towels which are supposed to be newly washed

Everything! And very dog friendly, they even brought us a dog bowl for water and a pad!

In the mall and easy to access shops and cafes

Hot water didnt work, toilet lights only worked sometime, it wasnt clean

Very friendly staff room size is excellent clean room and comfortable bedside . Breakfast area on the roof had a great view.

Everything was great. I think it’s the best 4 stars experience in my life. The room was huge and had everything in it.The restaurant was ok and had optimal prices.The staff were excellent. And the gym was big and had a lot of equipment

Large, comfortable room that included more than the basics for amenities. Access to facilities like sauna, gym, and conference common areas. Very pet-friendly. Accommodating staff. Will definitely have this at the top of my list when I'm in Podgorica.

Breakfast was very well appointed. Our room was cool (104° outside, so that was a welcome relief!), quiet, comfortable with all amenities. Staff very helpful guiding me to NBL bank to change $ to € at a very good rate. The hotel is right next to the Mall of Montenegro, very handy for supplying a few forgotten items. Walking distance to plenty of dining options.

European showers are a puzzle..but it's not unique to this hotel.

The hotel is a little tired. It's clean, but the bathrooms / rooms are in need of updating. The breakfast was good with a great view over the city but no hot opti9ns available.

location is 15 minute walk from main central street. Room and bed very comfortable and no noice issues. Downstairs coffee bar lobby is great with a busy bar, well stocked and great for an afternoon cocktail.

If I am picky , I can say breakfast but on the upside they can do eggs well - bacon prefered when cooked a little more !

The location was great, very clean hotel overall.The staff was super friendly and helpful.

It is a repeated stay and has a good conference centre in the property. My room was spacious and comfortable, also quite quiet. Hotel not so new, equipment "no-frills", but perfectly usable. Bed VERY comfortable. Hotel is in the shopping mall, so if there is a need for something, you can buy it between 9 and 19. I will come back again. Breakfast room on 5th floor - fantastic views around the town and to the mountains.

Capacity of the lifts is insufficient and they are slow, so calculate extra time (do not be in a hurry, you can easily spend 5 minutes waiting). Breakfast choice ok, but the selection of nuts need to be checked. Some of them were clearly OLD, but you do not notice until you taste (sunflower seeds, hazelnuts). Windows in room cannot be open, but luckily, air-con worked well.

The breakfast was exceptionally rich and varied, offering a delightful selection to start the day. The room meets all the standards expected of a city hotel, providing both comfort and convenience. The hotel is ideally located, just a short stroll from shops and a shopping center, making it perfect for those who enjoy exploring the area on foot.

The hotel is a little bit far away from the city center but located in a relatively quiter region. Rooms are big enough and very clean. But the very impressive thing about this hotel is its debonair, courteous and helpful staff. That makes the difference. I have good memories with this hotel.

The carpets in the aisles seem worn out.

A little way out of the center.

Remarkable location and first choice hotel for short business trips, excellent staff members, perfect breakfast, and variety of food on order.

Everything was above expectations, nothing to complain.
