The rooms are outdated, the beds and bedding are not very comfortable, the shower is small, and the entrance doors are noisy. Throughout our stay, it felt like furniture was being moved around all night, but in reality, it was just the doors making noise.Breakfast was average.

Loved the Turkish bath, sauna, pool. Great location at the foot of the town square. Big, comfy room.

The hotel is designed beautifully from the outside and in the lobby and the public spaces, but the rooms are not properly maintained, the mattress was sunk in from overuse. There were not enough sockets, you could either turn on the bedside lamps or charge your phone but not both simultaneously. The mirrors in the room and bathroom were wobbly. On one hand you are not allowed to bring food and beverages inside (fineable), on the other hand the hotel doesn't even offer a kettle for basic tea. The spa was great, but the inside pool is too cold to use.Also, the food was not great and the vegetables were not that fresh.Overall, the hotel is pretty good, and has much potential if properly updated and maintained, but for the luxury atmosphere they try to give, and especially the high price, you would expect more.

Very quiet, located in a beautiful area surrounded by trees and nature. Rooms are cozy with warm atmosphere. The spa center is great, and there’s a large indoor pool. The staff is very kind, and the rooms are comfortable with a beautiful forest view. Absolutely recommended

I had a very comfortable stay overall! The room was well-appointed and inviting. However, the mattress felt slightly sunken, and the pillows were too soft and lacked shape, additionally It would be great to have the option to make tea or coffee in the room and to receive a bottle of water each day rather than just on the first day. Despite these minor points, I truly enjoyed my stay and appreciated the amazing hospitality

Very bad isolation you can hear people next room or up room it is little bit challenging to sleep and rest because of it, also to have your privacy.

I stayed here with my 10-year-old child, and we had an amazing experience during our week-long stay! We planned to try skiing and were lucky to enjoy 3 days of good snow, but when the rain came, this hotel proved to be the perfect choice. With a large swimming pool, relaxing saunas, and a cozy lobby complete with a chimney where you can sip hot chocolate with friends, there was always something to do indoors.The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always going above and beyond to make us feel at home. The buffet meals were another highlight, offering a great variety of dishes, including some tasty vegan options. The fresh fruit was also exceptional—ripe, sweet, and a real treat!This hotel is an excellent choice for families looking for a mix of outdoor fun and indoor relaxation, combined with top-notch service and great food. Highly recommended—we can’t wait to come back!

We stayed just after New Year’s Eve, so the hotel was a bit crowded, and 99% of the guests were families with kids, making breakfasts a little noisy and messy at times. However, after the 7th of January, it became much calmer and more relaxed.

The hotel is very nice in general. The pool was pretty empty and nice, room was good size and felt comfy.

The only thing that i did not enjoy was the temperature in the rooms until our last day. Even if you put the ac control to the minimum, the only way to cool down the room is to open the windows.One day before our departure we have asked the reception if we can use the pool after checking out until 4pm. The man said of course it wont be any problem. On our checkout day the person in the reception said that she has no information about it and we cannot stay linger than 1pm. I am still wondering what would have the hotel lost if we could stay in the lobby or eat at their restaurant. The way that it was communicated was way out of basic hospitality standards. I would still like to believe that it was a big mistake of one personnel as the rest of our stay was quite enjoyable.

It was too hot.We were feeling unwell because we could not change the heater and we were sweting a lot. Also because of this we were worried for our little baby.

I had an amazing experience at Bianka Resort and Spa in Kolašin, Montenegro. The vibe of the place was incredible—quiet, calm, and so relaxing. Perched at the top of the mountain, the resort offers nice views and great facilities.As a coffee lover, I was especially impressed by the high-quality coffee they serve—it was a highlight of my stay! The staff were incredibly welcoming and professional, creating a warm and friendly atmosphere. The resort felt like a warm home, and I noticed that it was mostly families visiting during my stay, which added to the cozy, peaceful ambiance.Overall, Bianka Resort and Spa is a perfect getaway for anyone looking to unwind in a beautiful and serene environment. Highly recommended!

While my stay at Bianka Resort and Spa was generally great, I was disappointed by some hidden fees that made my trip much more expensive than expected. For example, a bottle of water cost 4 euros, and it wasn’t even 1.5 liters. Also, lunch and dinner that weren’t included in the room price were priced at 20€ per person, with drinks charged separately (while breakfast drinks were included).It would be more reasonable to have the same inclusions for meals, such as tea, coffee, and juice, just like during breakfast. These additional costs really add up and can make your final bill higher than anticipated, so it’s something to keep in mind when booking.

Very nice spa with a great pool, well equipped gym. Comfy beds.

There was some sort of a wedding I guess, in one of the hotel restaurants. It was waaaay too loud. I could hear it in my room on the 3rd floor, and if you went to the lobby it was deafening. And it went on to at least 10:30pm. This shouldn’t happen in the 4 star hotel.

The only thing that could be improved is turkish bath in SPA — it's heated a bit uneven.

We got an upgrade to the junior suite, the room was large, clean and very comfortable. The jaccuzzi was superb! The breakfast was delicious, the gym was well equipped and spacious!The staff were very friendly and the surrounding garden is nice Loved this stay would definitely recommend

The ac in the gym was very minimal and it got so hot in there! Although we enjoyed the gym the ac should definitely have been stronger
