If you like going to the toilet with the people in the room seeing you, this hotel is perfect

It is NOT for families. I went with my son, it is not adapted. You can see the toilet and the bathroom from the room. Just a see-through curtain.They lie on the description of the room. It was written 1 king bed and 1 bunk bed. There was NO bunk bed.It was a last minute, when we arrived, the person didn't even know we reserved. But she refused to reimburse me when I walked out of the room after 1 minute of seeing it...It is a scam. Worst experience ever

I liked the room and the details in it. The hotel was very good located! It has a small reception, but very nice

The staf not all where friendly. I asked for an umbrella and they answered me rude. But not all.The room was clean but the curtains were not dark enough, and too much light entered the room. In addition, even with the windows closed, all outside noise could be heard inside. The pillows were also not very comfortable.

I had an early plane to catch so I left at 7 and they couldn't provide anything although I paid for breakfast. Also I ordered and paid for a taxi that didn't come.

The hotel is located very central. Clean and tidy rooms are avaliable. The receptionest is helpful.

Excellent location. Clean quiet room with pleasing decor. Nice hot chocolate in the cafe.

Bed sloped a bit, but it was fine once I turned upside down. The breakfast was a bit lighter than I prefer, but it was fine.

New hotel, clean, and great location.

Towels should be softer, larger, and more fluffy. Thermostat not easy to control...they should provide instructions. They had a hard wicker, braided carpet that hurts your feet when you walk on it.

The hotel is located right in the city center, just 50 meters from the main pedestrian zone. The room interior was surprisingly modern, featuring a warm, forest-inspired wooden design. The pillows were excellent, and the bed was very comfortable. Both the room and the bathroom were impeccably clean, and hot water in the shower was available instantly. The front desk staff were exceptionally polite and helpful, especially Jelena, whom I would like to commend in particular. If I ever visit Podgorica again, I would definitely plan to stay at this hotel once more.

The hotel restaurant is outsourced to a rather modern café called Fabrika, which is conveniently connected to the reception area by an internal passage. This setup could actually be considered an interesting concept, if the food selection were not limited to à la carte orders consisting mostly of different variations of egg-based dishes. For a one- or two-day stay, this is not a major inconvenience, but over a longer period such a limited offer might become bothersome. I believe that a hotel of this quality should consider expanding its current breakfast menu.

Mostly all is good, the staff is very friendly, check-in and check-out are easy. The room was very clean, with a nice design (especially the bathroom). The bed is very comfortable. Location is very good, in the very centre of Podgorica.

The room is a bit small, and a couple of things need to be repaired. Breakfast is quite small and average. But that's not a big deal.

The ac was not working in our room

Awesome location, nearby very nice cafes and hotel cafe was also very good. Comfortable stay and very near to bus/train stations and city Attractions.

In Breakfast, 1-2 more vegetarian options would have been better.

Nice comfy hotel in the city centre close to the New Bridge, parks, lovely coffee shops, cafes and patisserie. Highly recommended for solo travellers.

No bidet or hygienic sprayer

The location of the hotel was very convenient as it is in the downtown and easily accessible to many of the spots by foot.

The Airconditioner in our room did not work at all. It was very hot inside and we could barely sleep. We informed the staff about the airconditioner and he agreed that it indeed did not work in our room and admitted himself that the room was very hot. I even questioned if it was the entire air conditioning system in the hotel affected or our floor (second floor) or just our room. He said it is just our room that is affected. I then asked if a technician would come and maybe take a look and possibly fix it, for which he answered with a strong no. Then I went on to ask if we could maybe get another room for which he said no and said you are anyways checking out tomorrow. The behaviour of the staff was totally unacceptable and unapologetically rude even after admitting that the airconditioner was indeed not working in our room whilst the temperature in September was about 31⁰C outside. We had to stay outside the hotel as much as possible to avoid coming back to the room. It was totally not a professional behaviour from the staff from the hotel and made our stay in Podgorica terrible. In our experience the stay was unfortunately not at all worthwhile and would definitely not recommend anyone having to go through the same. My request to the hotel would be to please train your staff appropriately and get the airconditioner in room 201 fixed. Moreover, the breakfast also took a lot of time to be prepared as one had to order the breakfast from an a la carte menu and one drink on the ground floor and the breakfast being served on the first floor. The breakfast was certainly not worth the 10 euros. I would have rather opted without breakfast and had breakfast in several places around the hotel as the options were plenty.

Very central location. Rooms are very modern and have all the (free) amenities. Feels luxurious. The complementary breakfast is also very good.

It got a bit loud at night because it is close to the central bars etc., but it was manageable.

only stayed for a night, the hotel is really nice, very good room, the toiletries smelled amazing, nice staff helped us with taxi to the airport. the city has nothing to do though, bad for tourism hahah, but the hotel is really nice!

the breakfast wasn’t good. there is a cafeteria nextdoor to the hotel and hotel guests have a choice from a few items on their menu to have for breakfast for free. but I didn’t really like the options, simple things such as a croissant was not included (even though it is cheaper than the things they offer, they wouldn’t let me have one). and the cafeteria staff was kinda rude, and didn’t care to explain the hotel guest menu thing. it is not the hotel’s fault, but the breakfast service provided was bad in my opinion. on the other hand, it is nice that you can have some things for “free”, since the hotel doesn’t have their own breakfast service

This was a beautiful hotel and perfect place to stay. We could walk everywhere, there were many restaurants near by. It is modern, clean and fresh, a real gem. The cafe attached has a fabulous breakfast included and great coffee. Very cool!

Nice, clean, very comfortable, pretty new hotel. The hotel provided parking space and there was a great breakfast included in our rate. Walking distance from the pedestrian zone, Millenium bridge and the sport stadiums.
