there was a broken tile in the elevator and it was held done by clear packing tape - not the best impression

Great location.

Substandard bedding, cheap looking remodel in bathroom. Tissue box was empty. Elevator under repair; staff didn't know it wasn't working yet. They were nice about it; the repair guy was rude. We had to carry our luggage to floor 3.

The clean room. I believe being renovated as we had to enter from a side door.

No microwave in room.

Very clean hotel and comfortable beds.

I asked for late check out a they only give it to reward members and I am one but spent forever looking for my number then I had till 1 and some staff member knocked atv12:15 in the middle of me being busy. So I was extremely irritated with that

The beds are comfy and have a fridge. They at least have grab and go in the morn instead of nothing

There is no microwave in the room and the noise from overhead planes can get loud.

we had easy access to our room, and was near the pool.

they told us upon arriving that they had a noise ordinance, and we would be asked to leave if we disrupted other guests. the pool was cold so we could not enjoy it for long periods of time. and alot of our party got a rash after using the pool.\

Very clean and modern. Liked the room set up. Good water pressure.

Had trouble finding my room because of the courtyard setup. The airplane noise is very noticeable.

The hotel was fine except for the price of a bottle of Gatorade was grotesque: $3.75. Room was good.

The hotel was out in the boonies and we couldn't find a nice restaurant nearby. Had to eat at the bistro. Not the best.

It was clean and quiet.

I had to call the front desk twice about it being to cold. The front desk clerk kept telling me to cut the heat on which I did. Thebair jept resetting to 60 degrees. He finally sent someone to look at it and it turns out the battery needed changing.

The patio was a nice idea

The lady at the front desk was really rude. Never was greeted was a hi or smile, thank you,enjoy your stay..etc. She must not like us. She didn’t know what she was doing. It took a while to check in even though I already paid in full.

Beds were very comfortable and the location was very convenient.

No ice machine. Charged for coffee. no breakfast.

When booking, there was nothing stated about needing to book parking with them in advance. Had to make other parking arrangements with Park N Fly because their lot was full for our trip.

The staff was very helpful. We were able to easily take the free shuttle to The Mall of America and they were very prompt with drop off and pick up. The pool and hot tub were nice. The hotel was very clean and classy.

The only things we did not enjoy during our stay were the limited amount of guest parking at the hotel and the noisy neighbors in the room next to us.

Bed & pillows were very comfortable. Easy access to MSP or St. Paul.

Couldn't find bathrooms near the pool. Are there any? Didn't even see any signs.

Comfort and cleanliness. Food choices whew limited but quite good. Like d having Starbucks.

Would have enjoyed a full restaurant with a larger menu.

Thin walls

The room was very nice.

I thought that it was standard to have a mini fridge and microwave in all hotel rooms these days. Not the case here. Also was disappointed that there wasn't a free continental breakfast.
