- Check-in was at 4pm. When we tried to check in at 6:30pm, we were told that our room wasn't ready. Upon asking to speak to the manager, we were told that no manager was on duty, despite the sign saying otherwise. The hotel is listed as "oceanfront", yet our room was certainly not oceanfront and did not contain a balcony. The parking was very limited as much was under construction and many were parked illegally, creating issues in the lot.

Breakfast was awesome. Plenty to select from the food was good.
There are a lot of things, no access to the beach, filthy pool, cracks in the pool, dirty surroundings. Hallways, dirty carpet, dirty, no Room Service for three days i.e. trash, towels, we had to ask for toilet paper. Paying for inadequate parking, never will stay there again.
