The staff were always friendly and helpful! The room was quiet and clean and the kitchen had several things we needed! Some of the little details in amenities are what makes the difference! We were able to bring our dog with us too which was nice!

Son wanted to play his game , can’t or couldn’t use the wifi for that , just the phones and tvs . the covers was stained , ofcourse when it comes to kids the first thing you get is eww and they don’t want to sleep on stains , don’t feel like anyone should, the room could of been cleaned a bit better , i didn’t complain though , was there only one night . i booked city view , but they should take that off , the city view isn’t really much of a city view , alest from my room .

I couldn’t shower because there was a leak and it flooded the floor

They don’t clean the room as they say, I was staying for almost a week and I just got my room cleaned once.

Room was spacious for our family, we absolutely loved the community grill options, outside seating was fantastic!

Breakfast could have been better.... perhaps a little later end time of 10:30? The pool water was cold as well, could have been warmer, other than that we had a great stay!

Pool is not heated and wasn’t very clean. People running in hallways.

Cleanliness, the housekeeping was good, friendly customer service, at the desk, complimentary breakfast is good and even the guests were friendly too.
