Friendly staff, beautiful grounds, lake views and wonderful breakfast.

Room smaller than expected. No place to actually hang clothes. Very small tight bathroom.

Quiet private cottage and the breakfasts were phenomenal tasting and delivery to the door was amazing! The spa was fabulous also

NO. The only thing that would have been easier was that we filled out the spa consent form online but they did not receive it, despite the confirmation via email that they were received it. Not an issue because they were not busy and we completed on paper

The deck and view were beautiful.

The room was so small we could hardly move around. We never saw a single staff person. We got endless texts that required us to do stuff that should have been done upon arrival. late breakfast so we left earlier than expected because of terrible service.

Could use more tv selection (where movies can be accessed). The one breakfast meal we had the bacon was cooked so it was black.

The front desk person was friendly, prompt and helpful. :) The room was clean, decor was nice, and the room had some nice personal touches/amenities.

My husband and I LOVE the Inn! Just beautiful!! The grounds are lovely, the suites are so sweet and the staff is amazing!

Location is excellent - right on the lake. The shower was clean. The internet and TV worked great. Linens were clean.

Room was way too small. Sink in bathroom barely drained. Not enough desk space (small desk). We were put in a room facing the street - we were told there was only one other room rented - couldn't we have stayed in a room with a view of the lake? Pillows were stiff.

Great location for visiting wineries, covered bridges, and even visiting the casino in Erie, PA. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful during our stay, especially the innkeeper, who gave us insight into the past history of the property and plans for the future. A really nice breakfast is delivered to your room every morning -- not one of those "all you can eat" hotel chain breakfasts, but a nutritious breakfast to get your day started.

Certainly not the fault of the inn, but we booked the last room available and it was small; on our next visit we will book something larger. Nonetheless, the room was clean & comfortable. Also, because I assume it was off-season, some of the wineries had reduced hours of operation, as did some restaurants.

Musty smell in the common area. Landscapers decided to cut the grass VERY early in the morning!!

Small rooms, small breakfast and disappointing renovations which meant being outside wasn’t possible

Disappointed with the size of the room which could not accommodate 2 suitcases. Renovation of outside brickwork was noisy and left dust everywhere. Unable to even sit outside next to the lake which is why we chose the place.

The Inn was very clean and has a great location on Lake Erie. There are nice sitting areas inside and out. We had a beautiful sunset to watch!

Really nothing, but one should know some rooms are very small. The public areas make up for it.

Things needs updated like doors don’t close properly. Baseboard molding rotted out. Doesn’t compare to Hampton inn suites I normally stay at. But we only spent 1 night there.

The location is excellent for visiting local wineries and the property has excellent views of the lake. Also the Crosswinds restaurant and bar right next door was an excellent place for a drink. Wish we would have had time to have dinner there.

We had dinner at cross winds which was great but way to warm inside.
