Friendly staff... good breakfast

Elevator was not working..very inconvenient. Also construction

At check in.. both staff members were great! Super friendly very accommodating and excellent customer service!

Beds.? low to the ground sagging but hard at the same time.

Hotel was clean

AC did not cool below 77 degrees. There was significant amount of mold growth in and around the shower. The bed was solid as a rock. There was absolutely no forks available at breakfast.

Breakfast was good, lots of healthy options and many choices, and room size was nice and big

The staff at the front desk as we arrived and when I left. I had to return to locate a book that was left in the bed covers. It was found and returned to me. I have stayed at this hotel before wit my sorority. The excellence continues.

This was a good location for me at an affordable price with nice rooms. We have stayed here before and will likely do so again.

It isn¿t that I didn¿t like anything but the pool area had too much chlorine in the water. There was an over welling/over powering smell when we were there. Also, the room was hot.

There was no microwave or refrigerator in the room. Are you kidding? 1st time in 2 decades to not find these amenities

The location was great for me. I was looking for easy on/off highway access, and I was happy to see the late night CVS and late night Sonic right there, too. Plenty of nearby restaurants would have come in handy if I were staying longer.

Towels were a bit worn. Front desk staff sitting in the back room, not attentive to the front desk. We had to ask for assistance.

I want to tell about your agent telling me that I was paying for a room with a refrigerator and the hotel saying that the he sold me had no refrigerator, and I could not upgrade, I called twice concerning this matter,

The location

1. Staff is so untrained and not professional. 2. The suite didn¿t have hot water and they instructed me they couldn¿t do anything because it was a full house, but still charge full price for suite. 3. 2 weeks later still no call back from management

All the staff was professional except lady in dining area.

The lady that served the breakfast was rude to me. She had an attitude because I has said I didn't want eggs and she had put them on my plate. So she rolled her eyes and fixed me another one. And then just started shaking her head at me.

Not much

We've stayed here many times then it was pleasant. This time they don't clean the room unless you ask them to the second night they don't allow emotional support dogs but they have in the past we won't be back.

Room was large.

Staff at night would not do their job. People in room above us had kids running and jumping up and down till 2:30 in the morning. Front desk was notified and yet did nothing about it.

The front desk staff was incredibly helpful and extremely friendly! Not overbearing at all, and very genuine. I would rather pay a little more (which I didn't) for that kind of service and attitude, than a cheaper rate for rudeness. Excellent!

There is nothing I did not like.

I had ants in my room. Check-in staff did not know what they were doing.
