Too was smelly and mattress needed to be changed out it was very old

Location and the bed was great!

The room was dark, no light near the door. Refrigerator broken...stayed hot inside. Window shade was broken...would not stay up. The door would not close all the way...had to push hard. The maid came 3 times to rush me out before 11am & toilet

Comfortable room - Good bed and pillows.

Room was very dark, could use better lighting.

No hot water. No ceiling lights, internet didn't work. Breakfast was ridiculously bad.

They had roaches

No senior Lower bed

AC wasn?t working fully minimal lighting in room no exhaust fan in bathroom shower had little water pressure no local or premium cable channels

The room the staff was horrible

The staff gives you bad looks and they?ll do everything they can to keep your security deposit

The woman who was in charge of breakfast was fantastic! She was very helpful and went above and beyond for not only our family but everyone that came to eat.

Dirty bedding, unfriendly housekeeping, lack of assistance

Is a great location everything and everything is close by

When I got there around 11pm and whent to my room was not even clean trash was still there beds were the same way like the people that stay the night before left it I have pichers and when I ask the guy for my receipt he didn't want to give one

The staffs.

I guess the shower head was broken. Instead of fixing,it was patched with a tape and the water wasn't flowing well. The bed spread are clean but old.

The Staff was the best.

There was a brown spot and the sheets. I removed the sheets, call down to the desk and the young lady said to come down in 10 mins for a new set.

The staff were nice. The breakfast was good

My bathroom, floors, walls and coffee pot were all dirty

The location was not bad the room was OK and that is about all

The room was not the one that we chose on the website the hotel said that they had no sofas in the entire hotel and we had paid for a room with a sofa. When I went to go discuss it with the hotel clerk she got an attitude and cut me off

The room and facilities were fine

I had my catalytic converter stolen off my car while staying at the hotel. Will be at least $1000 to fix, which is my deductible, could be more. Had to drive 7 hours home with no catalytic converter, which is terrible for your car.

The location and breakfast.

The damp bed I tried to sleep in but ended up sleeping in the chair. Told the manager and he assured me the bedding would be changed. After returning to the room later that night I noticed they were never changed. The bedding looked the same way I left it

Hotel employee was perfect rest of staff needs training. Problems started after she left. Someone tried 2 enter my room @2:30am 1st nite & @3;45am 2nd nite someone was banging on dumpster and looking under cars. Both where reported but mngr & othe

Night staff failed to report my concerns to management in a timely manner and even after the mngr learned about the issues I was informed he was too busy with other issues to look into them. I'm glad my dog's bark scared the attempted intruder.

I loved that it had an area in the room so I can handle all my business right there on the spot!!!! I loved the concierge she was fast respectful and polite

The neighbors above us were pretty loud all night long but other than that it was amazing

The room I was staying in smelled like a bar. Like someone smoked in it for a week before I walked in. Very stuffy and smelly.

It was clean you could smell the bleach

Non smoking but still smells like smoke price kinda high
