- Good location. Easy to get to/from O'Hare airport.
- The room was clean. Check in was prompt.

Cons -
- I wish they offered room service. Their restaurant is rarely busy, especially during the day.
- The TV did not work. Someone checked on it but did not fix it. The bar attached to the hotel overcharged us and treated us rudely, saying they were not a cheap bar and 2 domestic beers were $18, even though the bill read different things than what we actually received. Tip was included on the bill as well. We honestly would not have tipped that much for two beers and poor service.
- The smell in the room was strong of chemicals. The bedding was never changed nor fixed. The elevator was loud at night.
