Outer Banks Motel - Village Accommodations

Nothing we never got to stay they refused to answer our calls, until the next day and now we are fighting for a refund.

Everything! Very unprofessional people if you are traveling late or booking a place later in the evening do not even consider this place! Absolutely horrible experience driving for hours to arrive around midnight had tried calling our whole trip no answer

It was a cottage

Flat pillows, not enough coffee or condiments, cheap soap, not at the same location as the rest of the.hotel or office. Hard to find. House numbers not easily visible.

The location and accommodations were incredible. The property was very clean and nicely furnished. The best part of the stay, was the friendliness of the staff.Tanya was awesome when checking in,very friendly and knowledgeable about the area.

It was huge. Bedroom separate from kitchen and Ling room. All the amenities were a plus.

Prefer downstairs as I am 70 yes old with arthritis. Would rent again. Miller jjouse #1.

The motel is close to uncrowded beaches. The unit came fully stocked with dishes, cooking utensils, etc.

We stayed in one of the "J" units. The unit had a very strong smell I associate with mold. The smell permeated the entire unit but seemed strongest in the bathroom. The unit was clean, with the notable exception of dried vomit on the toilet.

we stayed in one of the houses they have and it was very nice will definitely go back.

Didn't like the fact that you had to take your dirty towels to the hotel to trade for clean ones. Also the hotel is in NC not CT

Definitely a 2 star. Wonderful staff. Lamp did not work and would have liked a blow dryer in room.

We were not given the cottage we selected online. No kitchen or dining area. Just a room with two double beds and a bathroom. Not even a chair to sit in. Left two days early and went home.

Staff checked us in. Very personable.

Fun island. Good for a weekend. Needs some work, but overall I would stay there again.

Ants in the bathroom , no curtains, blinds don’t fit windows, so can see in the bedrooms from outside. The beach access from the motel check in is not great. Definitely go to another beach area.

Only thing what we like it was the access to the beach... It was close.

We didn't like anything about the house, we had ants, spiders, we supposed to had pullout couch we didn't, the road was way to busy, all night. In room with beds there is a water heater that was so noisy all night and no.door, no curtens so the sun is in your eyes from 4 am... I was in the office asking someone to come and do the ants while we are at the beach, but nobody came.Also it was way to warm and humid.in the house. We are very disappointed and I do not recommended to.stay.

We liked the location, and convenience.

Definitely dated, and not worth amount spent to stay.

Spacious, quiet, and affordable

It was peaceful and quiet. Nice fishing whole in the back yard.

There were no wash clothes, staff not available after 8p.m. and don't return until 9a.m. Room looked nothing like the pictures. Didn't have a stove, nor kitchen. Just a microwave, 2 refrigerators, and ice bucket with no ice machine. No dinette chairs. 2 lounge chairs that felt like you where going to fall through in and they didn't sit high enough for you to comfortably eat at the table. No breakfast bar nor anywhere in the local area to get breakfast. To try and clear things up it's just a single room with 2 queen beds in it, 1 bathroom, and a small add on porch with the microwave and refrigerators.

Perfect accommodation, full kitchenette with plates, pots, knives, etc. Great location, quiet, not crowded. Would definitely stay here again.

The facility did not provide clothes hangers and it did not have washing/dryer. The rest were just perfect. We enjoyed a lot.

Kitchen has everything what necessary for cooking.Clean bed bed sheets.Very good experience.

No breakfast at this location. Mosquitoes were horrible. Room was clean with new mattress.

The treatment I received from the representative and the accommodation request where attended to promptly and in a timely manner . I have never had such great/ amazing service/treatment .The location ocean front was amazing!The cottage was more than expected!! Very nice!I can not thank them enough!!

Nothing really, I didn’t get to utilize the pool , due to an overwhelming amount of people who stayed there the whole time

It was very clean and cozy like a home. It was perfect for us!

The road is close to the home.
