Comfort Inn Garner Clayton I-40

The check in area was very clean and te breakfast / lounge area was easy to find as opposed to other chains.

The $50 charge to my card that has neither hit my bank nor been reimbursed and was never clearly identified on the website or notated at the facility. It was only mentioned during the closing screens of the check in process as a mandatory step.

Front desk staffers,and location.

Rooms need to be updated.. To much room noise from out guests..

Location Staff were very friendly.

Having to get the room key re-keyed almost everyday. Room not being cleaned after 3 days.

The location was conveniently located off of the highway.

The room had a worn out appearance and had an awful wet dog smell! The staff member who checked us in provided no information about our stay (ex. breakfast time, check out time).

Breakfast and staff were nice at checkin no one was there at checkout

Need to upgrade furniture but it did it?s purpose

the room was nice and comfortable. Also the friendly staff addressed my concerns promptly

wasn't as close to my trips activities -- but that was for a family funeral so i am not complaining as it was what i liked and the price was great

Your Staff was an Angel. I was there for a Funeral and left their to go back home to a Family ER. She was so helpful made sure we had everything in our room assisted with our check out. So Hospitable. Thank You Angel and the Stsff.

I stayed for 5 days and 3rd day there a couple with a running child was over our head and the child was up crying, running and jumping after midnight.

Proximity to everything that we were doing

It was very dated and smelled. The carpets were sticky and stained heavily. Needs to be replaced

We arrived around 9 pm to hear our neighbor's loud music. We asked to be moved, but we're told the hotel was booked. They did turn down their music some, but at 5 am they turned it back up!!! The duvet/comforter cover was dirty! The rug was disgusting!

Staff was accommodating to a horrible situation

The bed was soiled with urine and the owner/manager initial resolution was to change the linen which was ridiculous. Eventually a room change happened. This hotel is below the rating that is posted and it should be re evaluated.

Room was clean, spacious and quiet. Location was near my family, so it was ideal for me. The breakfast was included; attendant in charge was most efficient; food hot & good!

When I asked for a receipt at check out, I was told because I booked thru you, they could NOT give me a receipt. Owner printed out a zero receipt with no information at all on it. Did not say it was a 3 day stay; nothing showing local tax information.

They woukd not change the date of my stay, despite the fact that the software kept changing the date to the next day's date

Staff was extremely polite,  greeted us and everytime we saw her for the 4 days we were there she was so welcoming.

We were there for 4 night and the continental breakfast was the same each morning

I don't know if I will go back or not if I will be it would be for a night definitely not for the mommy-cation that I went on. It sucked in a vending machine didn't work

My toilet was clogged up and I was told to take care of it myself. The same breakfast was served each day in the same pans and it was the same food from the previous day so a fresh batch of breakfast was made Saturday morning and it was served all weekend

Very clean and comfortable bed and soft, fluffy pillows. Staff were nice and accommadating.

No fruits for breakfast, but what can one expect from a continental breakfast?

Staff friendliness, breakfast and comfort of beds a well as location with restaurants and shopping in walking distance. And great price!! Excellent deal!!!
