Hampton Inn Raleigh/Garner

It¿s location. It wasn¿t far from retail stores, restaurants or where my family lived that I was visiting.

None at all.

Easy access, very friendly staff, economical

I loved my stay!! The room was extremely clean. Hotel employee was working up front and she honestly was the sweetest and most friendly person. I will differently be returning.

The hotel was clean and well cared for. Located very close to where I was working.

Arrived late in the evening...9:45pm. I was informed there was no reservation made for me. The hotel was booked, but they had just had a cancellation. The front desk had to call the manager to figure out how to force enter my reservation.

Location was great. Needed to be on the south side of Raleigh and it was easy to get into downtown Raleigh from this location.

Refrigerator control was broken and it froze some medicine which I need to keep refrigerated. Mentioned this at checkout, but since I prepaid for the room, I was given a small gift card to IHOP. Also, door card keys had to be reprogrammed 3-4 times.

The location, location, location. I enjoyed the staff was so welcoming and helping make sure your stay was fantastic. Even though their were different shifts, the customer service has been consistent during our stay. The staff helped with questions of how to navigate Raleigh, and Garner. Looking forward to staying at Hampton Inn Raleigh/Garner several times this year and my family and friends will be staying too. Thank you for striving for excellence (Job Well Done!!)

The staff here was very friendly. The location was convenient. Our room and the facilities were well kept.

Our heat did not work the first two nights. The vent kept blowing out cold air but the staff fixed it very quickly.

At first the room was freezing 54 degrees

The rooms were clean and comfy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It's also next to locked and loaded where we enjoy seeing local bands play.
