The bed was terrible and the rooms are small.

Clean, great staff, good breakfast, and located near Red Hat and Walnut Creek.

The desk would have better in the corner than as a room divider, but that's a minor gripe. Everything else was great.

We absolutely loved our stay! The room was spotless, the bed was super comfortable, and the breakfast staff went above and beyond. Everything exceeded our expectations—great amenities, peaceful environment, and wonderful service. We will definitely be returning!

Only thing that we did not like was that we were calling the front desk before checking in to see they had any extra rooms available for our grandparents, and no one was answering the phone.

Everything was clean and up to date. I had the opportunity to speak to the young lady that was at the front desk, Alyssa Pritchard. She is a gem!! If I was in the business of stealing good employees, I would definitely have taken her. You definitely have a person that cares about the quality of her work and the impression that your guests have of the business. That is a rare characteristic to have in an employee, and I hope you know the type of talent that you have! You should reward it!

Room was huge, clean and well appointed! Everything worked. I would stay here every time I am in the Area. Entire hotel was up to date and well kept.

Indoor pool was a bit cold but that wasn’t so bad.

To be a new hotel, we expected the bed to be comfortable, but it was bumpy and felt to sink in the middle of the mattress. Breakfast was not ready at 0700.The room doors were very loud when closing.Even the slightest vibrations caused the glass panel in the desk to rattle.The pool was cloudy/hazy.

Newer property, so everything felt new. Clean, friendly and accommodating. I traveled with a handicapped family member and she was beyond comfortable, needed a grab bar in the restrooms by the toilets, but we figured out a solution for that. Other than our grab bar issue, we had none.
