Flys and bugs in the bathroom which I had to remove myself. The garbage was not emptied. TV was broken. I just tolerated it for one night so I can leave asap the next morning.

Location was very centralized and staff very courteous

Air conditioner / heating unit was old and grill falling off. Needs updating, star level inaccurate

Location was great! It was right off of the interstate and easy to find. There were several resturants and gas stations in the area as well. Also, a shopping center nearby. The staff was friendly. And there was a fridge and microwave.

This hotel did not reflect its star rating. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The pillows were rhe size of decorative pillows. The floors, walls, and curtains were dirty. The shower had mildew. There was a dead roach in the entry way of the room.

Location to my out of town job. Always coffee available in the lobby.

No, but some fresh fruit on the breakfast bar would be good.

There was no soap in the soap dispensers the breakfast buffet food was cold and old.

The ac unit in the room was a little slow may need to be replaced at some point and the bed was very springy like it was an older bed thw other bed I'm the room was not like this at all.

The furniture was dated & banged up, refrigerator was loud had to unplug it to sleep, shower was difficult to adjust temperature mirri& hair dryer were dirty etc.

Old, dirty, loud music from another room, coffee pit in room broke. Paid for 2 nights but left after one.

When I got to my room the front of the air conditioner was laying in the floor and on the last night when I returned to my room there was water all over the floor by the air conditioner and across part if the floor

It was a very nice room, smallish, but we were only sleeping there one night so it was fine. The bed was supposed to be a queen but I¿m about 96.5% certain it was a double. The shower was very, very nice ¿. oval/oblong like, seemed and was very roomie

Nope, well worth the money. Not the most convenient part of town, but again, we were only staying overnight.

The front desk was nice.

This hotel was absolutely disgusting, dirty from the beds to the floors to the shower. The water took ten minutes to get warm and it was not even hot.

Room was terrible, broken shower knob, missing painting from wall ( hooks still there, missing handle on desk draw I cut my leg on. Leak from somewhere, possible refrigerator causing a puddle in room. Missing outlet plates. Room was laughably bad

front desk was not staffed upon a late arrival. Door to the room would not open, was told by front desk staff it would be repaired. I had to request that I be given a different room after 3 attempts to get in to the first room. Hotel was hot and smelly

I never stayed at this hotel,after I booked it I saw no refundable,when I told people I would be staying there everyone said its in the hood and guns going off every night piss poor hotel I didn't stay at this hotel lost my money better than losing life

This business was in a good location with lots of places to eat and shop in the area. My children enjoyed the variety of breakfast items offered and included in the price of our room.

There was only one vending machine in this hotel. And, of course, it was out of order. There was no other way to get snacks except to go back out to a store.

Location was great restaurants close to Raleigh city.

I stayed here few months ago it was great. The staff was horrible front desk to Mmaid service. TV was the size of a computer. The bed was uncomfortable. Didn't enjoy my stay this time around

 the front desk was friendly, welcoming and very helpful. She is a definite asset to the company.

The room could have been cleaner. Breakfast about what you would expect for the price of the stay.

It was clean and looked like it was being renovated. Breakfast was good and was kept very clean.

Bathroom faucet was wrong type. It was made for a residential home and it barely came to the from edge of the bowl so water went all over the place. It need a commercial facet so the water comes out over the middle of the sink.
