No microwave in the room, the person that played music until 2am

Location proximity to our family.

Location - due to heavy road construction to remodel the expressway ramps adjacent to the hotel, getting in & out of the hotel & onto the main road was difficult at times.

Staff and location

Machinery noise throughout the night hard to get to sleep then a fire alarm early morning

Location, price, breakfast , staff.. everything was great.

Rooms are always nice and clean. I love that I control how cold I need my room to be.

Parking gets full fast as night falls. Since I¿m always visiting family and I tent to stay busy during the day with them, when it¿s time to go to the hotel late at night it¿s hard to find a parking space.

People at front desk were friendly and did a good job!

Only complaint, food not great. and the luggage carts were not the traditional style and difficult to use and don't hold as much.

Bathroom was poorly remodeled. Breakfast was skimpy. Staff wasn't wearing masks.

Breakfast baggie is a joke, paying an extra deposit in case we use the bar,drinks in the mini fridge was a joke. not happy with that otherwise nice hotel.

I arrived very late and was greeted by the most helpful and professional staff member. Totally started the visit off on the right foot. Room was very modern/updated, clean and decorated well. No recommendations can be made since everything was good!

the staff was great. Hotel Employee in the breakfast room was superb. she was helpful, friendly and always willing to help in any way and always with a smile. the food was great, the room was clean, and again was great.

the bathrooms definitely needed work. there was beginnings of mold in the bathrooms, the caulking needed to be replaced in the tub, as well as along the outside of the tub. the rooms needed updating.

The front desk person was very nice and I was checked and in my room in within 5 minutes of entering.

The hotel is decent yet not aging well. While the hotel was clean inside and out the carpets and furniture are worn (the carpet in my room had slicky places, rooms have a slight smell, and the outside of the building needs paint or pressure washing.

Cleanliness, courtesy, and complimentary water! It was really wonderful.

The hotel is nice clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet is delicious and cared for by a great employee. She definitely enjoys her job

People were very friendly and the breakfast was a nice benefit

Some renovations/repairs needed

The beds were amazingly soft and perfect

The breakfast offered many options and will definitely stay here again if the need arises
