Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Asheville Airport/Fletcher

It was super clean, it felt very new and the breakfast was fantastic.

The bed was stiff and the pillows were not comfortable.

The breakfast. Served in a restaurant like setting. Food and condiments were set up in a thoughtful way. Food was really excellent.

The music in the hallway was too loud. You can hear it in your room, especially at night.

Welcoming, helpful, and kind staff. Super comfortable bed and pillows. Quiet and very clean room. Slept well and enjoyed a hot shower with excellent water pressure before flying out of the Asheville airport which was a mere 5 minute drive away.

Clean, good location, great breakfast options (better than your usual hotel breakfast), nice staff at the desk. Def updated though they are replacing tile in the bathrooms from what I read but nothing concerning there. Will stay again for sure!

Room was nice. Breakfast was satisfying.

The young lady at the counter was not pleasant. And would not allow me to check one hour early after traveling for over 4 hours.

East access to the Sierra Nevada Brewery, lovely breakfast, and a quiet location just of the interstate.

Staff went out of their way to get me hooked up to internet (work) as it wouldn¿t allow me access. The price was fabulous - I¿ll definitely stay here again if I¿m coming through.

Nothing I didn¿t like

It was very clean, fast, friendly and efficient staff. Not to mention the indoor pool was open and the breakfast is probably the best around.

The front desk girl was like no nonsense and not very pleasant

Fairly quiet. Nice soft lighting option around bathroom mirror as well as brighter above shower. Heater is quiet. Door that actually closes on bathroom for privacy(not a sliding door). Carpet is clean and appears new even though furniture is not.

Housekeepers in hallway making lots of noise talking and slam doors for several hours starting early Breakfast was not good - strange tasting eggs, dry oatmeal, fruit poor condition. No gluten free muffins like the other Farifield

This is what a hotel is supposed to be like. Friendly and efficient check in staff, a clean and comfortable room (nice and quiet, too), and quality bedding. My wife is fussy about hotel beds (I can sleep on about anything) and she said two thumbs up.

What was there not to like. I was super happy to have hot bev. complimentary. Especially pulling in from Florida weather to the chill of NC.the breakfast was great also. So many options. Rooms were great and staff as well. Great deal.

Modern and spacious room. Hotel was clean. Decent breakfast. Free tea, coffee, creamers, hot chocolate and honey throughout the day and night.

I could have felt safer (not many security cameras). Walls were paper thin, could hear loud neighbors. No eggs at breakfast for 2 of the 3 days there. Indoor pool was cold. Our entire hallway on our floor smelled like marijuana upon arrival.
