Hampton Inn & Suites Asheville Airport

We know what to expect with a Hampton Inn and they almost met our full expectations.

It would have been nice to have a microwave in the room. Also, the tub faucet was leaking when it was in the shutoff position. I notified the front desk.

Location, gym and pool

Would like a cable machine in the gym

The location, pool , workout room and free breakfast.

The room smelled musty but appeared to be clean.

The hotel was clean and modern looking. I felt safe as well.

The free breakfast was ok, need a little more variety. But hey, it's free!

Masks were required in all common areas, but it was not enforced. I know the hotel staff is in a difficult position with this, but mt estimate was easily 65% of the selfish guests rolling through didn't wear masks as the hotel requested.

Staff was extremely helpful and facility was clean. And beautiful. Will stay every time I travel to NC which is 4/5x a year

Despite some obvious renovations, the hotel was immaculately clean. The staff was friendly and helpful and my room itself was extremely comfortable. I was only there one night, passing through, but I would stay there again if in the area.

I didn't realize it was so far from downtown Asheville I couldn't adjust the A/C to a comfortable position so I turned it off.

The location was great. It¿s close to Asheville without having to be in the city. The room was large and clean, stocked with lots of towels and washcloths. There was ample parking close to the building.

Convenience to airport. Shuttle from airport stayed late since my flight was delayed 2 hours. Able to leave my luggage in storage while I visited the city and waited for my ride the next day. Staff was VERY nice and professional.

Newness feel to the entire property, very clean and comfortable.

We stay regularly at Hampton Inns and the quality of the breakfast food was a little less in quality than most of the other HH Inns where we have stayed.

Accessible to I-26, airport, and conveniences. The "free" breakfast was complete offering a wide variety of foods.

The parking was only behind the hotel. I prefer parking in the front of the building for safely purposes. Also, getting from the parking lot to Airport Rd. was challenging.

Great service was very friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast was good.
