Dirty cold coffee, no free parking and no shuttle

The mattress was poorly designed and not suitable for a child to lay on much less for two adults to lay on after a busy day of touring the area and trying to get a good nights rest.

Is a safe place quiet good location

Well everything is fine except for the one day don't change the towels

Front desk staff was nice

The A/c was semi-functional, but the plastic grill over the output was broken and the knobs were loose and barely functional.

Nothing my family and I felt very unsafe and uncomfortable

Yes someone tried to come into our room while we were still in it pushed on the door and twisted the door handle then it was a huge dog roaming around with no leash, and it was a lot of suspicious activity going on outside

Kind staff

There tends to be a lingering cigarette smell, we have experienced this everywhere in "budget hotels". The non-smoking policy is clear, but there always asses to wreck things.

Clean, comfortable, given the price.

Indifferent breakfast, no OJ. Did not respond to my request to put nonskid strips or a bathmat in the tub. I was told to toss a towel into the tub and stand on that. I'm almost 82, have osteoporosis--that was a totally inadequate response.

The mattresses were horrible and need to be replaced worst night sleep in a long time

Room was small but perfectly adequate. Had to plug in a lamp.

Newly renovated, clean and quiet.

The location is great and the staff.

On a Friday night there was a party going on in the adjacent rooms until 1am. The rooms can use some air fresheners is all.

Main bedroom was very nice, modern.

Door had a space big enough to see directly outside! Wi-fi did not work.

Very good location, close to restaurants. Staff was quick to respond.

Mold/mildew on the walls, refrigerator, bed skirt, and black mold on floor near bed, flies on the floor. Humidity in the room so high that everything was always damp.
