The whole place looked fresh and clean. The floors and carpet were in good shape. The bed was comfortable.

The towels are too small. People are all different sizes. And women usually need a separate towel for hair. They could be softer if you use fabric softener. And the breakfast was too expensive. Ought to be a continental breakfast.We didn't eat anything.

Good hotel but expensive. We just needed a night stay so it was ok. Restaurant experience was not to our expectation.

after hurricane helene hit, they charged us cash for bottles of water and bags of chips- the only food at the time. after key cards stopped working- no electric- they wouldn't let us back in our rooms. shameful conduct.

No free breakfast and was long line to check in took over 30 minutes

Very nice. Very clean. Good staff. Cheerful service. Are breakfast in the restaurant. Very good. A little pricey, but worth it to get on the road

Room was clean. Staff was nice. Loved that there was a bathtub option, even though I didnt use it.

Pool was down, other than that there was no issues.

If the pools going to be broken, it should be stated before you book instead of saying indoor pool available when we got there it was not

The hotel did not honor a disability accessibility. Shower like I was promised and there was no pool available

Not a bad location....close to grocery, restaurants

NO HOT WATER....come on! Luke warm showers just don't cut it. No free breakfast. Support staff incompetent.

Unwelcoming staff, dirty wash cloth left in our room, stained and chipped bathtub, carpet not very clean

Carpet was dirty. All plumbing fixtures loose. Shower head low and not movable. Commode Handle had to be manually moved to stop flushing.

The room was very clean. The room felt amazing and was so cool!! Best of all the beds were so comfortable!! We also enjoyed the pool and loved the convenience of it being indoors!

Location, cleanliness, nice staff

Only complaint would be that there is no complimentary breakfast. There is a restaurant on site that offers food but did not try it.

Very clean, friendly staff, very nice place

Staff was so helpful and kind

The room was far below standard, very dirty, carpet was severely stained and dirty, air-conditioning was so loud had to be turned off in order to sleep

No continental breakfast and pool was very cold. Hallways are dark and felt unsafe.

Clean and quiet, good service, good restaurant and bar.

One of the front desk staff could use being more friendly. The other staff was amazing.
